Ingredients: 240 g crab sticks, 8-9 boiled quail eggs, 320 g sweet corn (canned), 2 small fresh cucumbers, light mayonnaise, granulated garlic, salt, any spices to taste.

  1. Pre-boiled eggs are cut into 4-6 pieces. They can be immediately poured into a suitable roomy dish.
  2. Fresh cucumber cubes are sent on top. It does not need to be pre-skinned. The main thing is to choose a strong sluggish vegetable.
  3. At the end, crab sticks are cut. They should turn out to be quite large pieces. It is important to choose a high-quality juicy and fresh product in the store.

  1. Mushrooms cut into small pieces are fried in hot oil for a couple of minutes.
  2. Then diced onions are added to the oyster mushrooms. Together, the ingredients are fried for another 7-8 minutes. Mushrooms with onions are transferred to a separate container.
  3. Crab sticks crushed in any convenient way are poured into the remaining oil. You need to fry them until browned. In this case, it is necessary to ensure that the pieces do not unwind too much.
  4. Fried sticks are transferred to a container with mushrooms. The cooled chopped eggs are also poured there.
