7. Put the fried eggplants in a pan with a layer of 3-4 cm, and put a part of the chopped onion and garlic on top. And so on, a layer of fried eggplant-onion-garlic, until all the vegetables run out.

8. Now we are preparing the brine. Pour 2 cups of water into a container, add black peppercorns, bay leaf and 1/2 cup of vinegar. Boil and pour eggplants with this brine.
