According to Erme, he prepares macaroons from a large number of expensive high-quality products, which is the reason for such a considerable price for them. The client has the opportunity to independently choose the ingredients for the future dessert, among them: balsamic vinegar, Fleur de Sel sea salt, red wine, peanut butter and more.

6. Dessert "Fortress Stilt Fisherman Indulgence" (14.5 thousand dollars)

Dessert "Fortress Stilt Fisherman Indulgence" resembles a real work of art. There is a long tradition in Sri Lanka - to fish "on stilts"; the aforementioned delicacy is dedicated to this fun. The dessert is made with delicious ingredients such as chocolate, Irish cream and exotic fruits. They eat it with mango-pomegranate compote. In 2007, Sande "Frrrozen Haute Chocolate" was recognized as the most expensive dessert in the world and listed in the Guinness Book of Records.

8. "Platinum cake" (130 thousand dollars)

The Platinum Cake, created by a Japanese pastry chef named Nobue Ikara, costs $130,000. It is topped with plain white icing and adorned with all sorts of chains, necklaces, pendants and pins made from platinum. Icara created the cake to pay tribute to the love and respect of the beautiful half of humanity, and to convince women to wear platinum jewelry. The dessert was commissioned by Platinum Guild International, a company that sells platinum jewelry.

9. Strawberry Dessert ($1.4 million)

Things are not always what they seem. This saying perfectly captures the essence of the strawberry dessert with cream and mint, which is served at the restaurant "Arnaud" (French Quarter in New Orleans, Louisiana).
