For salad:

500 g chicken fillet (boiled and chilled)
150 g hard cheese
3 boiled carrots
5 boiled eggs
5 processed cheese
200 g french fries
mayonnaise, herbs

We cut the chicken fillet into pieces, pass carrots, eggs and processed cheese through a grater. Mix everything and spread on lettuce leaves with a slide. Sprinkle french fries on top. Make a hole in the middle for the eggs. You can put quail eggs, boiled and peeled, or we can cook them in this way, in the form of crab Raffaello.

You will need: cheese, egg, garlic, mayonnaise, olives (necessarily pitted), crab sticks.

Cooking:
Grate cheese and egg, observing the proportion of two to one. Squeeze the garlic here and mix everything with mayonnaise. From the resulting mass, with clean hands, roll up round balls of small diameter about three centimeters. Place an olive inside each ball. We roll the ball so that it does not fall apart.
After that, carefully grind the crab sticks, you can grate them in advance on a fine grater or in a blender. Roll the resulting balls in shavings from crab sticks.
