    And now you should mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise. You should not add too much mayonnaise, as the salad in the form of a rooster should keep its shape well and not spread on the plate.

    Add salt to taste to the salad and mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly.

    Now you will need a little patience: using a spoon or hands, put the salad on a wide plate and form a rooster silhouette out of it. If fantasy allows, it is not necessary to use the same shape as in the photo. You can add something of your own.

    Grate the yolk, which we set aside at the beginning, on a fine grater and sprinkle the formed silhouette of a rooster with it.

    The next step is to create details so that the silhouette looks like a rooster. To do this, take a tomato and make a beak, a beard and a scallop out of it. You can make an eye out of allspice or olives.

    A little parsley should be poured from the bottom of the dish, imitating green grass, and the salad in the form of a rooster is ready to eat!
