Today I cooked delicious mushrooms, thanks to mozzarella and parmesan cheese, a very original dish is obtained. I only regretted that I cooked a small portion. I think this recipe can be a great idea for a festive table, as well as a good quick meal. Mushrooms stuffed with ham in the oven are different from all of us familiar. If it is not possible to buy two types of cheese, you can replace them with any kind of hard cheese. Ham can be replaced with any boiled sausage or sausages, but as you understand, the taste of the dish will be a little different.

Products for cooking champignons stuffed with ham in the oven:

  • large champignons 0.5 kilograms;
  • garlic one or two cloves;
  • green onions 20 grams;
  • ham 100 grams;
  • parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons;
  • mozzarella cheese 120 grams;
  • dill and parsley;
  • a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.

How to cook stuffed champignons:
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and remove the stems. I tried to lightly scrape the core with a teaspoon so that more stuffing could be put into the hat.

But this must be done carefully so as not to damage the integrity of the champignon. If the mushrooms are not large, it is better not to experiment. Finely chop the mushroom stems.
Now you can prepare the filling. Finely chop the ham.

This is how the cheeses on the left look like a mozzarella ball, next to it is hard with a yellowish tint - parmesan. Mozzarella and parmesan must be grated on a fine grater.

Finely chop the garlic or pass through the garlic. Finely chop the green onion.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a Teflon-coated pan. We spread the chopped mushroom legs, green onions, ham, garlic into the pan, fry over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Pour grated cheeses into a deep container (leave a couple of tablespoons of grated cheese for sprinkling). While the mass from the pan has not cooled down, put it on the cheeses and mix quickly so that they melt.
We heat the oven to 180-190 degrees.
Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, or cover it with foil. Stuff the mushrooms with the prepared mixture. Top with grated cheese.

For this dish, choose large mushrooms. We wash them, put them on paper napkins, they will absorb the rest of the water. Remove stems from mushrooms. We put the mushroom caps in a baking dish, lightly layers them and pepper.




Finely chop the remaining mushroom legs, also finely chop the onion.




On a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms with onions. Bring to a ruddy, toasted appearance, lightly salt.




Cut the ham into cubes. Ham goes well with mushrooms and brings a new flavor to the dish.






Mix the fried cooled mushrooms with ham. The stuffing for champignons is ready.

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

Rinse the carrots thoroughly under running warm water and put them in a free pan. We fill the component with ordinary tap liquid so that it completely covers it, and put it on a large fire. To make the water boil faster, cover the container with a lid. Then reduce the heat slightly and cook the carrots for 20–30 minutes until soft. Attention: The readiness of the vegetable can be checked with a fork. If it easily enters the carrots, then you can turn off the burner. If not, then you should extend the cooking time even more. for 2–7 minutes.

Then put the vegetable on a cutting board and let it cool to a warm state. Using a knife, peel the carrots from the skin and then chop into small cubes. Pour the crushed component into a free plate.

Step 3: prepare smoked-boiled ham.


We spread the ham on a cutting board and clean it with a knife from a protective artificial film or natural peel. Then cut the meat into thin slices no more than 5 millimeters. Grind each piece into cubes or squares and move to a clean plate.

Step 4: prepare marinated champignons.


Using a can opener, open a jar of pickled champignons. We transfer the contents of the container to a colander and leave it aside for a while so that excess liquid from the glass mushrooms.
Then we move the ingredients to a cutting board and chop into small pieces. Pour the chopped mushrooms into a clean plate.

Step 5: prepare hard cheese.


Using a coarse grater, grind hard cheese directly on a flat surface. Then pour the chips into a free plate and leave aside for a while.

Step 6: prepare a salad with champignons and ham.


In a medium bowl, lay out ingredients such as chopped eggs, carrots, ham, mushrooms, and cheese chips. Add salt and mayonnaise to taste. Using a tablespoon, mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed. At the end, you can taste the salad and, if necessary, add a little more salt. Now we shift the dish to a special plate and hurry to treat our friends.

Step 7: serve salad with champignons and ham.


Ready-made salad with champignons and ham can be served immediately to the dinner table, without cooling it in advance. If desired, the dish can be decorated with finely chopped parsley, a sprig of dill or carved flowers from circles of pickled cucumbers or boiled carrots.

Such a salad can be served to the festive table in portions in the form of small pucks. To do this, you can use a special metal ring or a regular plastic two-liter bottle. In the latter version, you need to cut out the top and bottom of the bottle, place the middle of the container in the center of the plate and tamp the salad into it.
