How to make chicken salad with mushrooms step by step

Making a chicken salad is not difficult. A few minutes and the dish is ready.

1. Boil the chicken until fully cooked, remove the skin from it, separate it from the bone, disassemble it into fibers, cut it.

On a note! if you don’t want to bother with parsing chicken meat and separating it from the bones, take fillet for cooking.

2. Wash the mushrooms, cut beautifully not too finely, fry in vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes, transfer to a plate, decant the excess oil, and let them cool.

3. In the same oil in which the mushrooms were fried, pass the grated large carrots with onions, which you chop arbitrarily as you like. I usually cut the onion with quarters of rings. When the vegetables are ready, just put them in a separate container, draining all the remaining oil and let cool.

4. Grate boiled cheese and eggs on a coarse grater, while setting aside 2 yolks, they can beautifully decorate a festive dish.

5. When all the products are prepared and cooled down, we proceed to the assembly of our puff salad. In a beautiful salad bowl, lay in layers:

  • Salt to your taste (if you fry the chicken with the addition of salt and seasonings, then you can not add salt to the salad).
  • Three percent salad vinegar - a teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.
  • Salad mayonnaise - 100 -120 gr.

How to make a delicious chicken salad with champignons, recipe step by step

- Cut the fillet into small pieces, fry them in a pan in vegetable oil until a beautiful golden brown. When roasting meat, it is best to add a little salt and pepper or add any seasonings for chicken.

- Open a jar of pickled champignons, drain all the liquid, and cut the mushrooms themselves into beautiful plates. In order not to engage in this process, champignons can be smoked ready-made, chopped.

- Cut the onion with a knife into parts convenient for you, for example, in half rings, but do not make them too thick, they should be thin. Pour boiling water over the product for 5-7 minutes, and then squeeze out excess liquid thoroughly with your hands. Such actions of yours allow you to remove all the bitterness from the onion.

- Grate the cheese.

- Chop the greens.

- Pass your garlic cloves through the garlic cloves, after peeling them, and mix with vinegar and salad mayonnaise. This will be our salad dressing.

- Combine all your ingredients with the sauce in a deep bowl, mix well.

We take for cooking:

  • Chicken meat (fillet) boiled - 500 gr.;
  • Any pickled mushrooms (cheap champignons are perfect) - 400 gr .;
  • A jar of canned pineapples - 250 gr.;
  • Fresh cucumbers - 3-4 pcs.;
  • Cheese (we can use in this recipe, both traditional hard and processed, but not liquid) - 200-220 gr.;
  • Salad onions - one onion is enough;
  • A little dill;
  • Low-fat mayonnaise - 200 gr.

This salad with chicken and mushrooms is prepared very quickly and simply. Grind all the described ingredients with a knife (cut as you like, that is, of any shape), mix, season with mayonnaise, put in a cold place for a couple of hours, put in a beautiful plate and you're done.

Attention! Before using canned food, do not forget to drain all the liquid from the cans, it is not needed in the dish.
