On top of the salad of chicken, champignons and eggs, spread the grated cheese on a fine grater with a fluffy hat. Cover the salad with cling film and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

After the time has passed, remove the sides from the salad, decorate as desired and serve. Layered salad with chicken, champignons and cheese turns out to be incredibly appetizing and will certainly become a decoration of the festive table.

Almost no holiday in our house can do without this magnificent salad: New Year, birthday, March 8 and even February 23 - it will always be a great addition to the main dishes. A salad with champignons, chicken and carrots is prepared in layers, after which it is put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, where it is completely soaked.

So let's get started.

Pour in a small bowl of water. Wash chicken breasts without skin and put in a ladle, salt and put on fire. When the water begins to boil, remove the foam and cook until tender, about 20-25 minutes.

Hard boil the eggs (bring to a boil and cook for another 10-15 minutes).

Boiled chicken fillet cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the eggs.

Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater.

Peel the mushrooms and cut into small thin slices.

Finely chop one or two onions, depending on size. We will use onions in frying, half with carrots, half with mushrooms.

Cheese grate on a fine grater. I used Parmesan, but basically any other will do.

Fry carrots with onions in vegetable oil, about 5-7 minutes, until it becomes more or less soft. Add a pinch of salt while frying.

Then, according to the same principle, fry the mushrooms with onions.

T Now you can start laying out layers of lettuce, the first we will go mushrooms fried with onions. We will smear each layer with mayonnaise somewhere more somewhere less, in this layer there is less, since it is quite juicy in itself.

The second layer is carrots. Lay it out and smooth it out. On top of the layers, make 8-10 drops of mayonnaise and spread with the back of a tablespoon. Carrots will need a little more mayonnaise than mushrooms, but in general its amount remains on your conscience :)

The next layer is chicken, which also needs to be laid out in an even layer and smeared with mayonnaise. Here, perhaps, should be the thickest layer of mayonnaise.

Pour finely chopped chicken eggs evenly on top of the chicken and grease with a small amount of mayonnaise.

At the very end, sprinkle the salad with finely grated cheese. Salad with fried champignons and chicken, ready. In order for all layers to be thoroughly saturated, it should be put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and only then served.
