In the meantime, we are preparing the rest of the ingredients. Cut boiled chicken into cubes. Grate hard-boiled eggs on a fine grater. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, drain the resulting liquid. We rub the cheese on a fine grater. Now we begin to collect the salad, laying out the ingredients in layers, and spreading them with mayonnaise in this order: chicken, pickled onions, eggs, tomatoes, cheese. On top of a salad with chicken, tomatoes and eggs, you can decorate with sprigs of greens and cubes of tomatoes.

Salad with chicken, tomatoes and peppers

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 1 pc.;
  • Bulgarian pepper of different colors - 3 pcs.;
  • large tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • parsley - 30 g;
  • basil - 30 g;
  • white part of leek - 50 g;
  • olive oil - 4 tablespoons;
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking

Boil the chicken breast until done and set aside. We clean the pepper from the core and cut into thin strips. Cut tomatoes and chicken into cubes. Cut the leeks into rings. We chop the parsley, and tear the basil into small pieces with our hands. We combine all the ingredients, salt the salad to taste and season with olive oil.

Salad with chicken, cheese, tomatoes and croutons

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • quail eggs - 10 pcs.;
  • large tomato - 1 pc.;
  • lettuce leaves - 6 pcs.;
  • loaf - half;
  • parmesan - 150 g;
  • chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • French mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • vegetable oil;
  • garlic - 3 cloves.

Cooking

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes about 1x1 cm in size and fry in vegetable oil until a light golden crust is formed, add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the loaf into cubes about the same size as the chicken. Pour about 20 ml of vegetable oil into the pan and fry the loaf on it. We rub the cheese on a fine grater. Now let's prepare the dressing. To do this, grind the boiled egg yolks with mustard, add lemon juice, mix, and then slowly add vegetable oil. It should be about 80 ml. Add salt and pepper to the dressing to taste, passed garlic through a press. We mix everything well. On a large flat dish lay out lettuce, chicken, diced tomatoes and quail eggs, cut into slices. From above, pour dressing with cheese, eggs and tomatoes, spread croutons and fill it all with cheese.
