Cooking:

1. First, boil the eggs and potatoes.

We take two pans, carefully wash the ingredients and put each in its own pan. We need hard boiled eggs. To do this, put them in cold water, put the ladle on the fire, wait for it to boil and cook for another 10 minutes. After the time has elapsed, you need to take a ladle with ready-made eggs and put it under a stream of cold water from the tap.

Potatoes - about 4 medium tubers, also put in a saucepan and boil until tender, about 35 minutes. After boiling water, add a little salt. To check the readiness of potatoes, you need to take a knife and pierce one tuber. If the potato is ready, then the knife will easily pierce it.


Put the mushrooms in a large frying pan and fry, no need to add oil. Our task is to evaporate all the water from them. Do you see that the moisture is all gone? Excellent, add vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms on both sides.

3. We clean the onion and wash it thoroughly with cold water. It is necessary to finely chop it and send it to fry for mushrooms, it will take another 5 minutes until the onion is ready.

4. The potatoes are cooked, they must be removed and cooled. As soon as you can take it in your hands, then we clean it from the skin and put it on a plate. We do the same with eggs - we definitely cool them under a stream of cold water to make it easier to clean. We clean, separate the yolks from the proteins and set aside.

5. We clean the smoked chicken from bones, cartilage and skin. I take a clean cutting board and finely chop the chicken, put it on a separate plate.

6. All the ingredients are prepared and it's time to collect a delicious salad with champignons and smoked chicken. First, choose a form. I use a large expandable baking dish, it is 21 cm in diameter.

I rub boiled potatoes on a coarse grater with the first layer, make mayonnaise with a net, put smoked chicken pieces on top, then again apply mayonnaise with a net.


With the third layer I gently rub the yolks, but mayonnaise is not needed in this layer. The fourth layer is champignons with onions and again a mesh of mayonnaise. And the final layer is grated proteins. The main thing is not to rush, you need to rub immediately over the salad in an even layer. The cap should be airy and fluffy.

I take off the form, wipe the plate and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight.

3. Next we take the onion, peel it from the husk, wash it in cold running water. I carefully cut the rings on the floor and spread them on a preheated pan. When the onion has become soft and almost transparent, add black pepper and salt. The quantity is up to you.
