In salted water, with the addition of bay leaves and black peppercorns, boil the chicken fillet until tender.

Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water, peel them with a knife and place them in a saucepan. Pour water into it (about half), put the pan on the fire and cook until the carrots are fully cooked. We check readiness - piercing it with a knife. If it cuts easily, the carrot is ready. While the carrots are cooking, peel the onion from the husk, wash it and cut it as small as possible. The procedure is lacrimal, but very important. The smaller you cut, the better. We throw the canned mushrooms into a colander and rinse them very thoroughly under running water. We do not touch small mushrooms, but it is advisable to cut large hats with a knife into two or four parts. Next, take a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it and put it on fire. As soon as the pan heats up, put the chopped onion and about 100-120 grams of canned mushrooms there.
Saute until the onion is browned (5-7 minutes). Take the pan off the fire. By this time, the carrot should have been cooked, so we take it out of the saucepan, cool it a little (so that you can take it with your hands) and cut it into thin strips. Leave three thin slices of carrots for decoration. Three eggs in a saucepan, where the carrots were boiled, boil “hard-boiled” (about 10 minutes), as soon as they are cooked, peel, and also cut into cubes as small as possible.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into cubes of about 0.5x0.5 cm. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Rinse and finely chop the dill, leave three sprigs for decoration.

Step 2: "collect" the salad.


Put the ingredients in the salad bowl in this order. At the very bottom we put mushrooms fried with onions, grease with mayonnaise on top. Then, chopped chicken fillet, mayonnaise again.   • beans - 200 g;
  • potatoes (medium-sized tubers) - 4 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • lemon - 1/2 pc.;
  • carrots (medium root) - 2 pcs.;
  • green onions - 6 feathers;
  • pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 300 g;
  • processed cheese (in plates) - 3 plates.

Cooking

Soak beans overnight. Boil.


Wash all vegetables and lemon. Boil potatoes, carrots (in their uniforms). Cool down. Clean the bulb.
Peel chilled potatoes. Grate a grater with a large cloth.


Shredded boiled potatoes should be laid out on a salad dish - this will be the first layer.


Lubricate it generously with mayonnaise.
