Ingredients:

- fish-shaped crackers - 200 g;
- canned saury (in oil or own juice) - 1 can;
- carrots - 100 g;
- onion - 100 g;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- hard cheese - 50 g;
- mayonnaise - 150 g;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- dill greens - ½ bunch (optional);
- pink peppercorns - for decoration (optional).


Step by step recipe with photo:





Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.





Peel the onion from the husk, rinse and chop finely.





Free the garlic from the husk and chop finely. You can also skip the garlic through a press.





Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the carrots with onions and fry until cooked, not forgetting to stir. Make sure the vegetables don't burn. Otherwise, the taste of the salad will be spoiled, and the appearance of the dish will not be attractive.







Add the garlic to the pan and continue to cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
Let the contents of the pan cool completely.




Drain the liquid from the jar of saury. Put the fish pieces on a plate and mash them with a fork.
