Ingredients:
- king prawns - 12 pcs. (about 150 g);
- stem celery - 2 stalks;
- juicy green apples (Golden variety) - 1 pc.;
- lemons - 1 pc. (half a lemon for juice and half for salad dressing);
- salt - optional (you can do without salt at all, the salad is dietary).

How to cook at home

Peel the celery stalks (2 pcs.) from the thin film covering them from the outside. You can, of course, not do this, but without this thin film, celery becomes much juicier.
