The remarkable thing about this recipe is that it uses pickled or salted mushrooms and crab sticks, which go well with other ingredients.

For this salad you will need:

  • two bulbs;
  • salted (pickled) mushrooms - 200 g;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • crab sticks - 230 g;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • mayonnaise;
  • vegetable oil.

Onion is fried in vegetable oil, cheese is ground, crab sticks are cut into small cubes.
