You will need:

1 kg of halibut; - 350–400 g of fresh champignons; - 400 g of fresh tomatoes; - 100 g of mayonnaise; - 30 g of vegetable oil; - 1 lemon; - ready seasoning for fish; - salt, pepper to taste.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Rinse and clean the fish, cut into portions. Put it on a baking sheet, pour over with vegetable oil, sprinkle with seasoning for fish, sprinkle each piece generously with lemon juice.

You will need:

1 kg halibut fillet; - 2 onions; - 4 cups of sour cream; - 4 tbsp. flour; - 50 g butter; - 100 g grated cheese; - vegetable oil; - salt and pepper to taste.

Do not cut the fillet into pieces. Dust completely in 2 tablespoons of flour, place on a greased baking sheet. Cut the onion into rings and place on top.
