What we need: Cooking:

  1. Hard boil eggs. Clean the bell pepper. I baked it in the oven first. But, if you do not want to bake, then you can lightly beat it off to make it softer. Chop the greens smaller. Mix peppers and herbs in one bowl.
  2. Unfold a pita bread on the table, the first thin layer of mayonnaise, sprinkle with herbs and pepper, stepping back from the edges of the cake on all sides by two centimeters. Leave some greenery.
  3. Cover with a second flatbread. Mayonnaise again, then cod liver crushed with a fork. Do not forget to retreat 2 cm!
  4. Now put the third cake on top. Again mayonnaise and eggs grated on a coarse grater and the remaining greens.
  5. Gently roll all the cakes together into a roll. If the roll is long, cut in half. Wrap in a bag and put in the refrigerator. After 2 hours, take it out, divide it into pieces of 3-5 cm. And you can invite everyone to try a delicious snack!
