Ingredients: 430 g chicken meat, 4 teeth. fresh garlic, red bell pepper, 60 ml soy sauce, 2 tbsp. l. lemon fresh, 1 tsp. granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 60 ml of purified ice water, 1 tbsp. l. potato starch.

  1. The prepared fillet is cut into strips.
  2. The pepper is chopped into strips and fried until soft in a separate saucepan with heated oil.
  3. All other components are mixed in a deep plate. It is desirable to sift the starch beforehand. Garlic is passed through a press or crushed in any other convenient way.
  4. Fillet strips are alternately dipped in the original Chinese batter and fried in a hot pan until tender. If desired, the dish can be made more spicy by increasing the amount of garlic and adding red hot pepper.
