After the dough is ready, it must be covered with a clean kitchen towel and left for 30-40 minutes at room temperature. During this time, the dough will noticeably grow up and become lush and soft.

Step 2: Shape the donuts.


In order to make beautiful donuts, we need a wide-mouthed cup and a thick glass stack. These attributes of dishes will serve as a donut mold for us. Of course, you can cut them with a knife and even use a cardboard mold, but there is nothing more convenient than a cup and a glass. We roll out part of the dough into a sheet about 2-3 centimeters wide. Next, with the help of a cup, the throat of which is a little sprinkled with flour, we squeeze a large circle in the dough, and a small one in it.
