How to bake a cranberry pie

You don't really need a lot of products:

  • flour - approximately 4 cups (a glass of 200 ml);
  • kefir - 1 glass;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • dry yeast - 1 tablespoon;
  • sugar - 4-5 tablespoons;
  • salt, vanillin - half a teaspoon;
  • egg - 2 pcs. (one - in the dough, the second - for lubrication);
  • cranberries - one and a half to two glasses;
  • a small bunch of grapes.

Well, first of all, let's create normal conditions for creativity. It’s not May anymore, it’s also cool in the apartment, I can warm up with a glass of vodka, but this won’t help the yeast dough. To make it feel great, you can close the door to the kitchen, slowly light one burner on the gas stove and start cooking beautiful cake.

All flour must be sifted through a sieve before being added to the dough. Kefir and eggs should be at room temperature. We take three-quarters of a glass of flour, pour a tablespoon of dry yeast into it without a slide,

a tablespoon of sugar and add a glass of kefir.

Mix well until smooth and get a mass like sour cream.

Now you need to cover this dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for at least half an hour so that the yeast starts its work. Where is a warm place in your kitchen - you know better, you can put it by the fire, on the battery (if it is already warm) or in a bowl of hot water.

add a couple of tablespoons of sugar, salt, egg, vanillin to it, mix everything well.

We combine baking and dough,

Gradually add three cups of sifted flour, knead the dough.

We spread the dough from the dishes on a floured table, it is not yet beautiful,

The dough will become nice, soft and elastic. The dishes, which are 4-5 times larger in volume than the dough, are lubricated from the inside with vegetable oil, crushed with flour and put the dough into it.

We add two tablespoons of sugar, we try - yum-yum, sour, if you want, add more sugar, but I like it so much. Stir a few times to dissolve the sugar. Instead of cranberries, lingonberries, red currants, and other berries with sourness are suitable.

After 40 minutes, my dough has risen like this.

I greased my hands with sunflower oil and kneaded the dough down, squeezing out the carbon dioxide.
