How to cook chicken in a dough bowl

You can start cooking chicken in the dough by kneading the dough. If you have a bread machine, load all the indicated ingredients into it and pull out the elastic yeast-free dough after the signal:

In the absence of a bread machine, pour kefir into a bowl, add sugar, add salt and soda. Pour in vegetable oil, mix and add flour. Sift flour beforehand. Mix until smooth and elastic.

The preparation of the filling for the chicken pie includes two stages - preparation and frying.

Remove the skin from the shins and thighs, peel and chop the potatoes. Peel the onion and finely chop with a knife:


Fry thighs with drumsticks separately from potatoes. And separately potatoes with onions until half cooked:

I spied on different recipes here with one eye, analyzed it, and now, as I promised yesterday, today I pleased myself and my husband with a delicious dish. In my fantasies, I called it the Plate of Abundance, because all the ingredients even barely fit in it, and I still wanted to add something more.

To be honest, the ingredients for the dish were chosen by inspiration, I practically didn’t deny myself anything. Only the mushrooms did not appear by chance, they were collected by the mother-in-law in the forest not far from our house. They are already cleaned, washed and boiled for 5 minutes. Stored simply in the freezer.


First of all, marinate the shins. You can choose any marinade. I chose between mayonnaise and soy sauce, the last moment the choice fell on soy. I added two cloves of garlic grated on a fine grater and a little black pepper.


We tighten the pickled drumsticks with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for a while.
Meanwhile, make the dough on an edible plate. I chose the simplest dough. Sift a glass of flour into a bowl. We add some salt. Make a small well in the center and pour in the sunflower oil. It is not necessary to take sunflower oil as well, it can be replaced with olive oil or even 50 g of melted butter.


If you have a larger glass and there is not enough oil to get the dough you need, just add a little warm water.
The dough should be well kneaded and rolled into a ball.


Don't worry if the dough is too tight for your taste. It should be just that, because after we wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator. After a couple of minutes, the dough will become softer.


While the drumsticks are marinating and the dough is resting, we take on the rest of the ingredients.

I decided to roast the carrots a little. Fry in hot oil on both sides.


After that, add the mushrooms to the pan. Mushrooms can also be used any of your choice, champignons will do just as well. Salt and pepper a little.


Mushrooms also fried a little. So we get a very tasty oil, which we pour into edible plates so that the dish is juicier.
Well, I can’t cook potatoes right away in the oven, so I cut them into four parts and boil them for a couple of minutes.


We put potatoes and carrots at the same time, if possible.
While the potatoes are boiled, and the carrots are fried with mushrooms, we are cutting vegetables.
Onion cut into half rings. You don't have to use red onions, but they are less bitter and add extra color to the dish.


We cut the tomatoes into rings.


Sweet pepper is also better to cut into half rings, so that the pieces are larger, and the dish turned out to be more colorful.

The dough itself was also not lubricated with anything, since the chicken will give juice, plus we will also pour mushroom oil. It will also be possible to pour a little soy sauce from the chicken marinade, but only when the plate is completely filled.
Lay out the chicken.


Portions are so different because one of them is female, the other is male, although they will differ only in quantity.
We spread the boiled potatoes around the shins. If by chance the potato is completely cooked, it may fall apart a little later, but this can also have its own zest.


Put mushrooms with carrots along with oil on top of the potatoes.


At the end, lay out fresh vegetables and get very bright plates.


We put our plates on a baking sheet and send them to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Although, if you are afraid that raw vegetables may start to burn, then you can bake chicken with potatoes and mushrooms for 15-20 minutes at the beginning and only then add vegetables. They can also be eaten slightly undercooked. In my oven for the specified time, everything was baked exactly as it was intended.
As soon as you understand that the chicken is almost ready, you need to grate the cheese.


Although specifically in this dish, whole slices of melted cheese will also look good.


We cut the dill and sprinkle it immediately after the cheese, because the cheese has already begun to melt on the hot chicken.


We get a great meal for two. I ate well on my smaller plate. The dough turned out to be very sad, soft only in the center of the bottom. Inside, the whole filling, including the drumsticks, turned out to be quite juicy.
