How to make a cake "Bird's milk" with semolina:

Eggs, combining with regular and vanilla sugar, as well as salt, beat with a mixer. The mass should turn white and increase in volume.

Beat the softened butter, add the sifted flour, milk and baking powder to it.

Add egg mixture and mix thoroughly with a whisk.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, add cocoa to one of them and mix. Leave the rest of the dough as is.

Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or steam bath.
Cool until viscous.

Put one cake on a dish.
