    One of the most delicious and crumbly pies is mannik! Usually manniks are baked on kefir, but it is also possible on sour cream and ryazhenka. Try delicious mannik on sour cream with raspberries, you can also add other berries: strawberries, cherries, blueberries, currants; pieces of fruit: apricots, apples, pears.

    Rub 30 g of softened butter with a spoon with 90 g of sugar (slightly less than half a glass). Add 2 yolks and grind more. Add 250 ml of sour cream and mix. In a separate bowl, mix 250 g of semolina with 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of soda. Combine the dry mixture with the liquid, mix and leave for 10 minutes. Beat egg whites with 1/4 teaspoon salt for 2-3 minutes at medium speed with a mixer, until a thick white foam. For 2-3 receptions, mix the whipped proteins into the dough. We spread the layers of dough in a form covered with oiled paper, sprinkling with berries. only 3-4 times we repeat the dough-berries, you need 150 g of berries. The first and upper layers are dough. We bake at 180C from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the form, what is the height of the cake. When the top becomes ruddy and the skewer comes out dry from the dough, the mannik is ready.

    Beat 3 eggs with 180 g of sugar for half a minute at low speed. Add 120 ml of sour cream and beat a little more. Sift 160 g of flour mixed with 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of vanilla, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, mix. Pour in 50 ml of refined sunflower oil and mix again. Pour the dough into a mold, spread thin slices of pears on top with a fan. Bake at 180C for 45-55 minutes.

    What I love about this pie is that there is absolutely no butter in it. But there is sour cream :)

    Beat 2 large eggs with 150 g of sugar for 4-5 minutes, starting at the minimum speed of the mixer and increasing to the maximum. Add 200 ml of sour cream and beat at low speed for 10 seconds. Pour in 100 g of dry poppy seeds and 100 g of chopped nuts. Stir in one direction around the circle. Sift 1 glass of flour (130 g, this is a glass of 200 ml) with 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of soda, salt (1/4 tsp), mix, pour into a mold covered with oiled parchment. Bake at 180 C for 30-40 minutes, until the skewer is dry.
