- 2 onions.
- 1 large carrot.
- 1 sweet pepper (to give the dish a bright color, it is better to choose red or yellow, but if this is not available, then ordinary green is also very good).
- 4 large cloves of garlic.
- 2 medium tomatoes.
- 1 zucchini.
- 2.5 cups boiling water or vegetable broth.

You can also add eggplant (pre-cut and sprinkle with salt to release bitterness), cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, etc. In general, everything that is in the refrigerator.

1. Cut the meat into small pieces, select the “frying” mode in the slow cooker, fry for 15 minutes until the end of the program. Then add 100 ml. boiling water or broth, select the "stewing" mode, set the timer for 20 minutes and simmer until the end of the program.

2. While the meat is cooking, let's take care of the vegetables.

3. Wash, clean and cut, approximately the same pieces, onions, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, potatoes and sweet peppers (do not cut too finely, otherwise the vegetables will boil and become like porridge).

4. Finely chop the garlic with a knife (if desired, you can use a garlic press, but then the spicy taste of garlic will not be so noticeable).

5. Add all the chopped vegetables to the meat, mix.

6. Add two tablespoons of tomato paste to meat and vegetables. Pepper to taste

7. Add boiling water or broth to the stew, so that the liquid does not cover the vegetables ~ 1.5 cups.

Meat and vegetables complement each other well. I suggest cooking meat with vegetables, and use a slow cooker for this. Cut the meat into small pieces, transfer to a multicooker saucepan along with onions chopped into arbitrary cubes. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan first.

On the "Fry" program, fry the onion with meat until the meat changes color and the onion is soft. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Fry the onion with meat for another minute.

Peel eggplant, cut into cubes. Add the eggplant to the multicooker pot and continue to fry the meat and vegetables for another 5 minutes.

Now pour water from the kettle, add a little more salt and close the lid of the multicooker. Cook the dish on the "Stew" program for 30 minutes. Once during this time, open the slow cooker and mix the meat with vegetables. In an almost ready dish, add chopped parsley and chopped garlic clove. Well, when the stew with vegetables is ready, turn off the slow cooker and wait another 10 minutes.

The stew with vegetables can be served on its own or with rice as a side dish. The slow cooker approaches the stewing process very responsibly, and the dish will definitely turn out juicy and tender.

    Wash the bell pepper, deseed it and cut it crosswise into strips, approximately the same size as the onion pieces.

    Rinse pork or veal in cold water to remove dirt and cut across the fibers into cubes or small strips.

    Set the “frying” mode, pour 3 tbsp into the multicooker bowl. vegetable oil and wait until it warms up properly. Start the cut into pieces meat and fry, stirring, until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

    Add chopped onions to the meat and continue to fry them together, stirring, for another 3 minutes, until the onions are translucent.

    In the meantime, drain the frozen green beans in a colander and rinse under cold running water, checking the appearance of the beans, removing any loose pieces if necessary. Leave the beans in a colander to drain the water completely.

    Add the washed green beans to the meat and vegetables and continue frying for another 5 minutes.

    Turn off the “frying” mode, salt, add 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup (to taste) and, accordingly, 1-2 teaspoons of sugar, 10 multi-colored peppercorns and pour in 50 ml of water. Stir and set the "extinguishing" mode to a full cycle. In a multi-cooker-pressure cooker, I set the “quenching” with a pressure of 50 kPa for 15 minutes.

    When the end of the mode signal sounds and the pressure subsides, you can serve the stew with vegetables as an independent dish or with a side dish.
