Prepare vegetables for kharcho
Boil potatoes in uniforms. To do this, it is best to choose potatoes of the same size so that they cook evenly and at the same time. Rinse the potatoes and place in cold salted water so that it completely covers it. Bring water to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until tender. 70 ml of sunflower oil;

Suneli hops - 20 g;

Lavrushka - 2 sheets;

Allspice - 2 peas;

parsley root;

Black and red peppers - 10 g;

2 green sprigs of parsley;

2.5 liters of filtered water.

Cooking method:

1. Put clean rice in an enameled pan, pour boiling water and boil for 15 minutes.
