  • Wheat flour - 1 cup.
  • Salt - a pinch.
  • Baking powder - about 1 teaspoon, optional There is no baking powder to keep the dough firm. But you do what you like best.
  • Hot water (boiling water) - how much the dough will take until it becomes elastic, but not sticky. This recipe calls for about ¾ cup.
  • Vegetable oil - about ½ cup.
