In this cake, we will use two, or rather, even three types of cream: ganache on milk chocolate and peanut cream cheese inside, dense ganache on dark chocolate for leveling. Here I’ll say briefly: we heat 200 g of cream 33-35%, bring to a boil, but do not boil, pour into 200 g of milk chocolate broken into pieces, mix until combined, cool for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
