Lay donuts on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Donuts are ready. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with tea. But I covered half the batch with chocolate. To do this, simply melt in a water bath or in the microwave 100 gr. (1 bar) of chocolate and dip the bottom of the donut into the chocolate.

Lay donuts on a cutting board. I sprinkled the top with coconut flakes. Leave for 30 minutes at room temperature to harden the chocolate.
