Years passed, I changed, my tastes and preferences changed, but my sympathy for this delicacy remained unchanged. Imagine my disappointment when I realized that modern stores with their widest selection of products do not have the same cookies familiar from childhood, and what is on the shelves is not at all the same! This prompted me to culinary feats of making my favorite pastries with my own hands. My search is not over yet, but the results are already there: here are a few recipes that have become regulars in my kitchen.
