Line an oven tray with parchment paper and grease the paper with vegetable oil. Preheat the oven, and while it is warming up, for the bottom layer of the pie, separate most of the dough from the piece of dough. Adjust to the dimensions of the baking sheet and thickness - also, respectively. At the same time, provide for the sides. Put the capelin in a thick layer, and salt on top. 1 kilogram of ready-made yeast dough, a pound of fresh-frozen capelin, onions, rice, potatoes, salt and red hot pepper. All products are taken by eye, as much as you need, and commensurate with the amount of dough.

We divide the dough into 2 parts - put the smaller one on the bottom of the baking sheet from the oven. Lay out layers on top: first, potatoes, washed, peeled and cut into circles, then - onion cut into half rings, then - washed capelin with the heads and entrails removed, then - onions again, then - boiled rice (after all, this is a pie with capelin and rice ), then a second layer of potatoes. Top with a layer of the remaining dough and seal the edges. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Ready.

A pie in which potatoes are used along with capelin will differ in satiety and calorie content. So, you need: fat capelin 800 grams, 4 heaped tablespoons - flour, 5 medium potatoes, 1 onion, 4 chicken eggs, a bunch of dill, 2 tablespoons sour cream, baking powder for dough half a teaspoon, pepper and salt - to taste .

Ingredients:

  • capelin - 500 g;
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • milk - 1 tbsp.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp.;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • soda - on the tip of a knife;
  • lemon juice - 1 teaspoon.

Cooking

Before you cook a capelin pie, you will have to do the most difficult and tedious task - cleaning the fish from the bones. If you want to make the task easier - fry capelin in vegetable oil, then thin fish bones will be almost invisible.

Wash potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices. Onions are also cut into half rings.

Beat the egg with salt and milk, gradually add the pre-sifted flour and knead the dough. To make the cake lush, add soda slaked with lemon juice to the dough.

Grease a frying pan or deep baking dish with oil and pour half of the dough onto the bottom. We lay the circles of potatoes and onions on top, and then distribute the fish over the surface. Pour the filling layer with the rest of the dough and put the capelin in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes.

Ingredients:

For test:

  • flour - 200 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • butter - 110 g;
  • water - 2 tbsp. spoons.

For filling:

  • peeled capelin - 400 g;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • green peas - 1/2 tbsp.;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • egg - 3 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 300 ml;
  • grated cheese.

Cooking

Grind flour with salt and butter until crumbs form, add a couple of tablespoons of water and form the dough into a ball. Wrap the ball in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out the cooled dough and put it in a greased form. We prick the dough with a fork and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. For the filling, chop the onion and sauté in oil until golden brown. Whisk sour cream with eggs, salt and pepper. We put a layer of capelin on the bottom of the dough base, then spread the onion on top and pour the filling with the sour cream and egg mixture. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. 15 minutes before readiness, sprinkle the surface of the pie with grated hard cheese.

Pie with capelin and rice

Ingredients:

For test:

  • butter - 230 g;
  • flour - 2 tbsp.;
  • sour cream - 200 g;
  • salt.

For filling:

  • peeled capelin - 1 kg;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • rice - 1/2 tbsp.;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. spoon.

Cooking

Beat soft butter and sour cream with salt. Pour flour into the resulting mixture and knead a thick, non-sticky dough. We form the finished dough into a ball and leave it in the cold for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, you can work on the filling. Wash the rice with clean water and then boil and cool. Finely chop the onion and sauté until golden brown, season with a little salt and pepper. Capelin is also seasoned and mixed.

We divide the dough in half, roll out one of the halves and place the layer in a greased form. Spread the cooled rice and onion on top, put pieces of butter. Lay out the capelin with the final layer. Roll out the second layer of dough and cover the pie with it. We make holes for steam to escape and grease the cake with melted butter. We bake the dish in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, 45 minutes.
