We make the dough, it is enough for two large or three smaller pizzas.

Need to:

  • sausage "salami", take as much as you need. It took me about 50 grams for a third of the test. You need to cut the sausage thinly, or you can ask at the store and there, with the help of a slicer, they will make thin slices for you.
  • about 3-4 medium champignons per third of the dough
  • salt, ground black pepper
  • the cheese you like and as much as you want.
  • a little chopped parsley, optional

For tomato sauce:

  • In season it is better to take ripe tomatoes, but now it is winter and it is better not to buy pink and hard, which is called tomatoes, away from sin. I use tomatoes in their own juice, it took me about 200 grams for three pizzas.
  • green basil (to taste)
  • salt, ground black pepper

If you now have ripe tomatoes on hand, then pour boiling water over them and immediately send them to cold water, remove the peel and grate them on a fine grater. Or rub the tomatoes through a sieve. If you beat them with a blender, they will lose their rich red color.

If you have tomatoes in their own juice, then grate the tomatoes (remove the skin) and combine with the juice, thereby own from the can.

Salt all this, pepper and tear green basil leaves into this mixture, tear finely with your hands and mix.

Finely chop the mushrooms (optional, cut as you like).
