How to cook potato pizza in a pan

We take a beetroot grater and three our peeled potatoes in a bowl. If you see that water has formed, drain it. Lightly press the mass with your hand and drain everything.


Lightly beat the eggs with a fork (or mix them in a bowl). Peel the garlic and pass through a press. In a bowl, add the eggs, flour (two tablespoons), salt, black pepper and garlic to the grated potatoes.
