    Step 1: Three processed cheeses on a grater

    First of all, grate cheese with large holes. They should be classic, without all sorts of additives in the form of seasonings, mushrooms, tomatoes or ham. I used regular Druzhba cheese for this recipe. It is desirable that they be of high quality and hard enough, then it will be convenient to grate them. Curds that are too soft can be pre-chilled in the freezer to firm them up.

    Step 2: Add softened butter to grated cheese

    Now add 200 grams of traditional butter to the grated cheese. For this recipe, a product with a fat content of at least 72% is suitable. Then the processed cheese cookies will turn out not only tasty, but also very tender. The butter should be very soft, so be sure to take it out of the fridge beforehand.
