1. Remove the chicken breast from the bone, remove the skin and rinse. Dip with a paper towel and cut into small pieces.

2. Peel the carrots, wash and chop into strips. Remove the husk from the garlic and chop as finely as possible. Separate the broccoli into florets. Parmesan chop on a fine grater.

sour cream - 100 g;

vegetable oil - 30 ml;

cream - two glasses;

garlic - four cloves;

flour - 90 g;

sun-dried tomatoes in oil - 50 g.

Cooking method

1. Cut the washed chicken breast into cubes. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
