Cooking:

  • Gently fold liquid ingredients into flour mixture. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. When the surface is hot, add butter or vegetable oil. Fry small pancakes. When they begin to bubble, flip over and fry on the other side for another minute. Serve hot with butter and maple syrup.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup ricotta
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg

Cooking:

  • Mix ricotta, milk and egg yolk in a blender until smooth. Add flour, baking powder and salt, mix thoroughly so that no lumps of flour remain.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg white until light foam. Add it to the prepared mixture. Mix everything until smooth.
  • Heat up a frying pan and add butter. If you're using a non-stick pan, you can skip the oil. Add 2 tablespoons of dough and let it spread. Flip when the bottom is golden brown and fry a little more until done.
  • Pancakes can be served with honey, berries or syrup, or with scrambled eggs, bacon or mushrooms.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 120 g milk
  • 120 g cream (20%)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Cooking:

  • In a bowl, mix sugar, cocoa, flour with baking powder and salt.
  • Make a small well in the dry mixture and add the milk, cream and eggs. Mix the mass with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Pour in the oil and stir again.
  • Fry the pancakes on a preheated non-stick pan on both sides (1 tbsp of batter per pancake). Serve with whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • frying oil

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat, melt a tablespoon of oil in it. Pour in some pancake batter, carefully place the bacon bits in the center.
