For sauce:

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil
- salt pepper

Preheat the oven well at 180 degrees. Salt and pepper the breast and brush well with olive oil with your hands. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the breast until golden brown. We take a small baking sheet, put rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic on the bottom and put the chicken breast on top. Thus, when the chicken is baked, it will take all the flavor from the seasonings.

Products:

- 250 gr. rice
- 1 canned tuna in its own juice
- 100 gr. cheese
- 3-4 pickles
- 6-8 green olives (pitted)
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 7 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 can of canned corn
- 2 tablespoons grape vinegar
- 1 spoon of mustard
- salt pepper

This fish salad will decorate any feast, even for the new year, even for a birthday. Boil rice in salted water until tender. While the rice is cooking, prepare the sauce for our salad. Cut the carrots into very thin strips along the entire length. Cut cucumbers and peppers into cubes. Olives in thin circles, cut the tomatoes into two or four parts. Put everything in a salad bowl, pour half of the prepared sauce, try if necessary - add the remaining sauce or less, not forgetting that you will also add feta, which is a little salty. Salad ready.

Salad with pomegranate and walnuts


A light and delicious birthday salad, simple yet sophisticated.

Products:

For salad:

- 350 gr. smoked turkey (can be replaced with smoked chicken)
- 50-60 gr. feta
- 600 gr. spinach
- 1 small pomegranate

For sauce:

- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp. spoons of grape vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- salt pepper

For nuts:

- 1 cup chopped nuts
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar

We need a non-stick frying pan. In it, on a small fire, fry the nuts with salt for about 5-6 minutes. Then add sugar, and constantly stirring, fry for another 6-7 minutes, so that the nuts turn out to be a beautiful golden color. Put on a plate to cool. In a small bowl, whisk mustard, crushed garlic and vinegar with a whisk. Gradually add olive oil and finally salt and pepper. Cut the turkey into very small pieces, wash the spinach, peel the pomegranate, cut the feta into small pieces. Put the spinach in a salad bowl and lightly pour over the sauce, mix the turkey with a small amount of sauce and on top of the spinach. Then sprinkle with feta, nuts and pour over the remaining sauce. Bon appetit, it's amazing!

Salad with shrimp and potatoes

- 500 gr. peeled shrimp
- 2 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove

We heat the oven at 200 degrees. Wash the pumpkin, cut in half, and then into slices, like a watermelon. Spread on a baking sheet, grease with olive oil, add salt, and bake for 30-40 minutes until it becomes soft. When the pumpkin is ready, put it on a dish, let it cool, peel and cut into large pieces.

In a blender, beat the ingredients for the sauce. We pour most of it on the pumpkin. Mix well with your hands and spread on a flat dish. Cut the washed arugula into two parts and spread on the pumpkin. Drizzle with remaining sauce and top with cheese.

Salad with arugula and porcini mushrooms


Products:

- some olive oil
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- half a glass of walnuts
- salt pepper
- one bunch of arugula
- 5-6 white mushrooms
- 30 gr. white wine
- a little balsamic vinegar

Wash the arugula well and dry with a paper towel. Then cut into large pieces with your hands and put in a salad bowl. Cut the tomato into cubes, cucumber into circles. Mushrooms in thin slices and stew in a wide frying pan in a small amount of olive oil. Add wine, salt, pepper. Reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.

When our mushrooms are ready, put them on top of the arugula, tomato, cucumber there. Sprinkle with vinegar, pour with olive oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle with nuts.

Salad with new potatoes, hot


Products:

- 500 gr. young potatoes
- 2-3 green peppers
- 2-3 red peppers
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes

For sauce:

- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1/3 cup grape vinegar
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt pepper
- 1/tsp hot red pepper

Wash the potatoes, dry them with a paper towel, and, without peeling, cut into two parts and put on a baking sheet, pouring with olive oil. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes until a nice golden color appears.

In another baking sheet put the tomatoes, cut into two parts, and the pepper, cut into large pieces. All this is also poured with olive oil and put in the oven for 7-10 minutes. We put a baking sheet with tomatoes and peppers in the oven 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking potatoes. All salad items should be hot. The sauce for our salad should also be hot. Therefore, as soon as the baking sheet with tomatoes and peppers goes into the oven, prepare the sauce. Grate onion and garlic, mix with the rest of the products for the sauce, put in a small saucepan and heat.

We spread the finished potatoes on a large dish, there are also tomatoes, red and green peppers. Pour hot sauce over, sprinkle with oregano and hot red pepper.

Salad with pasta and octopus


Products:

- 500 gr. pasta
- 300-400 gr. octopus (can be replaced with squid)
- 1 small bunch of dill
- half a bunch of parsley
- 1-2 green peppers or 1-2 red ones
- 2-3 pickles and or fresh cucumbers
- 1/3 cup grape vinegar
- salt pepper

In a saucepan with plenty of water, put our octopus to boil. As soon as it boils, remove the foam with a slotted spoon, reduce the heat and leave to cook for about 50-60 minutes. If you replace the octopus with squid, then it will take you no more than 15-20 minutes to cook. In the first and second cases, you do not need to salt the water, these seafood, when cooked in salt water, will be hard, like rubber. While the octopus is cooking, boil the pasta, drain in a colander, rinse with cold water, and return to the pot with a light drizzle of olive oil.

Let them cool down. As soon as the octopus is ready, put it on the board, and when it cools down, cut into small pieces. Pour into bowl with pasta. Cut all other products and send to the pan. Salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Mix well and put in a salad bowl. Your guests will be pleasantly surprised.

Salad with boiled zucchini

- 8-10 small zucchini
- 1 onion
