500 g pork;

2 oranges;

Ingredients

1 kg of pork pulp;

4 oranges;

25 g ginger;

0.3 tsp hot pepper;

2 tsp brown sugar;

4 onion heads.

Cooking

1. Grind ginger, mix with orange juice and hot pepper, add brown sugar and salt to them. You can add some soy sauce.

2. We cut the meat into plates a centimeter thick, but do not beat off. Leave medallions.

Festive a la carte dish - Greek-style pork on the bone is cooked with oranges. To prepare it you will need:
- 1 kg of pork on the bone;
- 4 oranges;
- 5 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 1 tablespoon of starch;
- 3 cups of broth;
- 1 lemon;
- 200 g olives;
- black pepper and salt.

Rinse the meat on the bone in cold water. Prepare the marinade. To do this, chop 2 cloves of garlic into slices and squeeze the juice from three oranges and a lemon. Combine the citrus juices and put the chopped garlic into the liquid. Pour the marinade over the meat and leave for 2 hours to marinate well.

After that, remove the meat from the container in which it was marinated, and dry it with a towel. Peel the remaining garlic cloves and pass through a press.

Put thyme and chopped garlic in honey. Brush the pork pieces all over with this savory mixture. Place the prepared meat on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven to bake for 1 hour.

Cut the zest from the remaining orange and grate it on a fine grater. Disassemble the peeled fruit into slices and remove from each film. Add the meat broth to the marinade in which the meat lay, put the olives, zest and orange slices. Put the sauce on the fire and cook for 15 minutes. Dissolve starch in a small amount of water and add it to the sauce. When the mass thickens, season it with pepper and salt, remove from heat and pour over the meat. Roast pork on the bone with oranges for another 15-20 minutes.

Stewed pork in orange sauce is a fragrant festive dish that invariably turns out very juicy and soft. To prepare, take:
- 1 kg of pork pulp;
- 3 oranges;
- 50 g of butter;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of flour;
- black pepper and salt.

Cut the rind off the oranges. Put it in a saucepan, cover with a glass of water and boil for 10 minutes.

Peel the oranges, divide into slices and clean each of the white fibers and film. When the meat is ready, put the slices in the bowl, mix everything and cook for another 10-15 minutes in the “Baking” mode.

If you do not have pork, you can replace it with chicken meat. Then take less spices and bake for 30-40 minutes.

  • Lean pork (or chicken breast) - 1 kg;
  • Oranges - 2 pieces;
  • Honey - 1.5 tablespoons;
  • Curry (powder) - 1 teaspoon with a slide;
  • Odorless vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Pepper hammers black or allspice (you can - hot red) - 1 teaspoon.

How to cook

  • Rinse pork, pat dry with paper towels. Cut into pieces of medium size across the fibers (thickness 1.5-2 cm).
  • Prepare the marinade: mix honey, curry, pepper, salt (2 tsp without top). Cut half of the orange into semicircles (and set it aside, this is in the meat), and squeeze the juice from the second half into the marinade. Mix the marinade well. If it seems to you that there is not enough salt, you can add a little more, but do not abuse it.
  • Place meat in marinade. Top it with those orange slices. To cover with a lid. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  • Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil (1 tablespoon). Put the meat there, pour it with marinade. Lay orange slices on top. All pour 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (especially orange, so as not to burn).
  • Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200-220 degrees C. Put the meat in it and bake for 40-50 minutes. Then check if it's ready.
