The resulting mass must be put on a frying pan that is hot on fire and excess water is evaporated from the mushrooms by frying them over high heat, stirring constantly, for about ten minutes. Next, put the mushrooms on a plate and set aside for now.

Step 2 Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry the beef seasoned with pepper and salt on each side for 30 seconds. After that, the meat must be removed from the fire and, after allowing it to cool a little, smeared with mustard.

Step 3 On the cling film laid out on the table, it is necessary to lay out slices of ham with an overlap, grease with mushroom mass, and on top, in the center, put a piece of meat smeared with mustard.

Step 4 Wrap cling film with ham tightly around the beef, making a roll that needs to be put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5 Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour and roll out the dough in the form of a rectangle no more than 3-4 mm thick.

Step 6 It is required to remove the film from the roll and put it in the very middle of the puff pastry rectangle. The remaining dough around the roll should be greased with egg yolk and wrap the roll in the dough. Excess dough must be cut off, and then put the test roll on a baking sheet with the seam down, brush with egg yolk and put in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
