  • Milk - 500 gr.;
  • Flour - 60 gr.;
  • Sugar - 100 gr.;
  • Cherry in liqueur - 100 gr.;

  • Food coloring - 1 tsp

How to make donuts from choux pastry:

Pour water into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add oil and a pinch of salt, bring everything to a boil.

As soon as the water boils, remove from heat, add flour and mix thoroughly.

Place the mixture on the heat and continue stirring until the dough comes off the sides of the pan.

Add the lemon zest to the batter, then one egg at a time. Before adding a new egg, the previous one should already be well mixed.

The dough is mixed until a uniform consistency is obtained.
