Cooking method:

Dilute the yeast in warm milk (100 ml), add 150 grams of flour, knead the dough. Cover with a cloth and place in a warm place for 2 hours. Dissolve salt, sugar in the remaining milk, add the egg. Add this mixture to the finished dough, also add the remaining flour. Melt 20 grams of butter, add to the dough. Mix thoroughly. Next, again cover the dough with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for another 2 hours (during this time, the dough should be kneaded 1 time).

Finely chop the cabbage, hard-boil the egg. Pour water into a heated frying pan, add butter and cabbage. Stew until cooked, cool, add finely chopped boiled egg, mix.

Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, let them rest on a floured table for about 15 minutes.

We turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
