  • 5 g dry yeast;
  • one egg;
  • a glass of wholemeal flour;
  • 2 pinches of salt;
  • a glass of warm water;

  • one large tomato;
  • red sweet pepper;
  • garlic clove
  • black pepper, oregano, salt (to taste).

We clean the pepper from seeds. Scald the tomato, remove the skin and stalk. We clean and wash the garlic. We put all the products in a blender and grind to a puree state. Then pour into a heated pan with olive oil. Pepper, salt. Simmer until sauce thickens.

Chop the onion into thin strips and marinate in a tablespoon of vinegar for about 30 minutes. After this time, rinse it with water. Three cheese on a fine grater. To create a test, you will need to take:

  • a glass of warm water;
  • a bag of dry yeast;
  • 0.4-0.5 kg of whole grain flour (you can even add a little buckwheat);
