Drain the water from the container, take out the tomatoes, scald the containers with boiling water. Remove the seeds from the dried chili and break it in half. Throw in two buds of cloves, a couple of peas of allspice, half a pod of bitter pepper, a couple of garlic cloves, an umbrella of dill. Put the vegetables tightly in containers, add boiling marinade, cork with boiled lids. Turn the container over and let cool.

How to pickle green tomatoes in jars

You will need:
