Since 2012, the White Rabbit kitchen has been managed by Vladimir Mukhin, a member of the Russian Guild of Chefs, the Moscow Culinary Association and, what is especially valuable, a diploma holder of the French Academy of Gastronomic Art.
When Russian cuisine is rethought by a great master with a delicate taste, you get such delights as "Ryazhenka from swan livers and antonovka marshmallow", "Valf's tongue in bird cherry dough, mashed potatoes and morel sauce" and "King Stanislav's woman" soaked in champagne , apricots and ryazhenka ice cream. In 2014, White Rabbit for the first time entered the ranking of the 100 best restaurants in the world according to the British magazine The Restaurants and the international The Diners Club 50 World's Best Restaurants Academy. And in 2016 it was already 18th in this list, which has not been done to this day not a single Russian restaurant succeeded.

This time on the 29th floor of the famous "Ukraine" (now the Radisson Royal Hotel) on Kutuzovsky Prospekt. It is definitely worth visiting the upper floors of one of the seven "Stalin skyscrapers". And if the visit is accompanied by a tasting of classic Italian cuisine in an impeccable interior of milky and golden hues, it is impossible to resist.
The famous Italian Christian Lorenzini, who has been cooking since the age of 15, prepares lobster with seasonal vegetables, pink tomato salad with avocado, pumpkin risotto and amaretto here. And he does it for real Buono, which means "good" in Italian.
