The drink is based on vodka and sugar. To reduce the strength of the liquor and achieve acceptable values, we use purified water. There should be no chlorine in it.

Ingredients

  • 300 g strawberries;
  • 150 g of sugar;
  • 250 ml of vodka;
  • 100 ml of water.

Step by Step Recipe for Classic Strawberry Liqueur

We wash the strawberries, put them on a napkin and leave to dry. Then we pinch off the tails. We cut large berries into four parts, all other specimens in half.

Pour strawberries into a glass jar, fill with vodka, close and put in the refrigerator. We insist exactly five days, shake occasionally. Gradually, strawberries will give color to vodka, and the berries themselves will become noticeably paler than they were.

After five days, pour the vodka through a strainer into another jar, close it, put it in the refrigerator. Add granulated sugar to the strawberries, shake, leave to melt and dissolve for another two or three days. Then we discard the berries and drain the syrup through gauze, squeeze the strawberries. We throw away the rest, we don’t need more berries.

It remains only to mix strawberry vodka with the resulting sugar syrup. Next, dilute the liquor with purified water, shake vigorously and you're done! We use the liqueur immediately, but it is better to put it in a cool and dark place, after a week the taste will be much better. Do not forget to use a tight lid so that alcohol vapors do not evaporate.

All granulated sugar in the strawberries should dissolve, so it is advisable to shake the jar of berries several times a day.

Option 2: A quick homemade strawberry liqueur recipe

Infuse the berries in vodka, then strain, sprinkle with sugar and wait again, there is not always time. Here is a simplified technology for making liquor. The recipe is for a whole bottle of vodka, but if necessary, you can cut it in half, make less liquor.

Ingredients

  • 700 g strawberries;
  • 500 ml of vodka;

  • 320 g sugar.

How to quickly make strawberry liqueur at home

We sort through the strawberries, pour them into a colander and rinse under a tap or shower. If the berries are very ripe and soft, then simply dip the colander into a bowl of water several times, and then let it stand and dry for a while.

Option 5: Homemade strawberry liqueur with lemon juice and mint

Ingredients:
1. Strawberries - 3 kg
2. Lime - 1 pc.
3. Vodka - 1.5 l
4. Grapefruit juice - 0.5 l

1. Wash strawberries, remove leaves and stalks. Take a blender, transfer the berries there and make strawberry puree.
2. Mix grapefruit juice with vodka in any container with a lid. Stir, add strawberry puree and freshly squeezed lime juice. Screw on the lid, mix well and leave for a day at room temperature. Store homemade Xu-Xu liquor for no longer than two weeks in the refrigerator.

Becherovka liqueur at home. Recipe.
Ingredients:
1. Alcohol - 2 l
2. Cinnamon stick - 15 g
3. Carnation - 50 pcs.
4. Cardamom - 4 g
5. Anise - 4 g
6. Black peppercorns - 20 pcs.
7. Lemon - 3 pcs.

1. Dilute alcohol with water in a ratio of 1/1, add cinnamon stick, cloves, black peppercorns, anise and cardamom. Pour boiling water over the lemons, remove the zest and add it to the bottle to the alcohol infusion and spices. Leave the mixture to infuse at room temperature for seven days.
2. After a week, prepare sugar syrup. Pour half a liter of water into the pan, add half a kilogram of sugar, put on fire and stir with a wooden spoon until the liquid boils. Remove the syrup from the heat, let it cool completely and add to the tincture. Add water there so that the volume of liquor is exactly five liters. Stir the liquid and leave for another three days.
3. Check the liquor for aroma, if it is still weak, then let the homemade Becherovka brew for a few more days. If you are satisfied with the aroma of liquor, then take a fine sieve or cheesecloth and strain the drink. Store at room temperature until you have drunk it completely, because home-made Becherovka does not spoil.

I know that this homemade drink is often called strawberry yogurt. It can be prepared from fresh or frozen berries, which allows you to have it on hand all year round. This is very convenient, you can prepare liquor in advance for any date. Only the shelf life is not too happy - with a guarantee of only a month.

Take:

  • Vodka - 500 ml. (substitute cognac if desired)
  • Strawberries - fresh - half a liter jar, frozen will take 350 gr.

  2. Cool and pour in the yogurt. Stir, pour from the pan into a jar. By the way, this syrup can be stored for up to 2 weeks if put in the cold.
  3. Next, cut the berry into halves, pour in vodka and add a vanilla pod (not found in pods, put vanilla sugar).
  4. Place a tightly closed jar in a cool place for 5 days.
  5. Then strain the liqueur, combine with creamy syrup and let stand for a couple more days to ripen the drink. Pour into bottles and store in the cold.

An incomparable liquor, the recipe of which I tried to bring to life last year. But she made one mistake - she did not look at the composition of condensed milk. As a result, there was vegetable fat, and a greasy film formed on the surface of the liquor. Do not repeat my mistake, be careful.

It should be borne in mind that it will not work to store the drink for a long time, a maximum of a week or two in the refrigerator.

Take:

  • Berries - 300 gr.
  • Vodka - 170 ml.
  • Condensed milk - 120 ml.

How to do:

  1. Put a clean berry in a bowl, pour in the condensed milk and beat with a blender into a puree.

Take:

  • Strawberries, fresh, frozen - 500 gr.
  • Sugar - 300 gr.
  • Vodka - 500 ml. (alcohol diluted with water up to 45 degrees).
  • Lemon - half.
  • Water - 200 ml.

How to cook:

  1. Place a clean strawberry in a liter jar and fill with vodka so that they are completely covered with liquid.
  2. Add lemon juice and send the jar to the windowsill for 10 days.
  3. After this time, strain the drink (do not squeeze the berries).
  4. Hide the filtered infusion in the refrigerator for now, and add sugar to the berries. Shake the jar to mix the strawberries with the sugar, or stir gently yourself.
  5. Return the jar to the windowsill for another couple of days so that the sugar has time to completely dissolve. Drain the resulting syrup and instead pour boiled and chilled water into the jar. Stir and pour the liquid into the syrup.
  6. Combine the syrup with the infusion, and leave to infuse for 3-5 days. A sediment will appear at the bottom of the jar, which will need to be filtered. If measured, then the strength of the liquor will be approximately 15%.

Italian strawberry liqueur - vodka recipe

The drink is intended for long-term storage, however, it will have to be insisted for quite some time. But the taste is amazing!

Take:

  • Strawberries - 360 gr.
  • Vodka - 750 ml.
  • Cinnamon is a stick.
  • Cloves - 2 sticks.
  • Sugar - 150 gr.
  • Lemon zest from 2 lemons.
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.

How to cook:

  1. Combine berries, lemon zest, spices and 90 gr. Sahara. Pour vodka or the same amount of 40% alcohol and hide the tank in a cool place for 6 months. I want to say that just 1-2 months is quite enough - it has been checked, but in the original recipe it is indicated for six months.
  2. Strain the liquor and pour into another jar, add 60 gr. sugar and leave to ripen for another week. The longer it sits, the tastier it is. By the way, do not throw away strawberries after straining, decorate pastries and desserts with it.
