After traveling to sunny Italy, I literally fell ill with Italian cuisine. Every day I prepared different dishes and snacks, many of which we did not even try during the trip. Of course, after some time, my interest in this cuisine noticeably diminished, and my household more and more wanted simple borscht or chicken cutlets with porridge for lunch. Therefore, I began to gradually integrate my knowledge, experience gained and come up with new dishes. For example, today for you - pita lasagna with minced meat, a recipe with a photo at home. But unlike the classic recipe, I replaced the dough for this dish with thin Armenian lavash.
According to tradition, lasagna is prepared from different fillings, shifted with dough, smeared with several types of sauces and sprinkled with sliced ​​\u200b\u200bmilk cheeses - Mozzarella or Ricotta, in some cases grated Parmesan can be added. I began to add a cheese layer from Dutch cheese to my lasagna, and I really liked this option. As a filling, I put minced meat from pork or beef, fried with onions in a pan. And I use classic sauces - tomato from crushed ripe tomatoes, boiled in a pan and white Bechamel sauce. I bake the dish in the oven until golden brown. It turns out very tasty, juicy and appetizing, the main thing is not to spare the sauce, then the lasagna will be amazingly tasty.


Ingredients:
- minced meat (pork or beef) - 500 g,
- turnip onion - 1 pc.,
- thin pita bread - 3 pcs.,
- garlic - 1-2 cloves,
- whole milk - 1 tbsp.,
- butter - 60 g,
- ripe tomato fruits - 5 pcs.,
- wheat flour - 2 tablespoons,
- hard cheese (any, but better Dutch) - 250 g.

How to cook with a photo step by step





We divide the preparation of the dish into stages, and first of all, we will prepare the meat filling.




To do this, mix the minced meat with finely chopped onions and fry in a pan until golden brown, add salt and spices.




Next, prepare the sauces for pouring. We cut the washed fruits of tomatoes in half and rub on a grater to get tomato juice.






Mix it with minced garlic.




And then simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.




Next, pour the flour into the saucepan and fry it until golden brown, put a piece of butter.






Then gradually add warm milk. At the same time, stir the bechamel constantly with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Boil for a few minutes, add salt and spices.




Now grate hard cheese.




Finally, it's time to assemble the dish. In the prepared refractory form (oiled), we put the pita bread cut to the size of the bottom. If the pita bread is very thin, then you can lay it out in two layers.
We put a third of the tomato sauce on it and spread it evenly.




Next, lay out half the serving of minced meat.






Then pour half of the bechamel sauce over the meat.




Sprinkle with grated cheese (half) and distribute it over the surface of the sauce.




Now we cover the cheese with another sheet of pita bread and repeat the order of the layers.
