I tell you how to cook. First of all, let's deal with the eggs. Traditionally, in such salads, we boil hard-boiled eggs. This recipe is original! Since all the components, as you see in the picture, are cut into strips, then we need to cut the eggs in such an interesting way. To do this, take an egg, break it into a bowl. Lightly salt and beat with a fork or whisk.

In a frying pan, heated and slightly greased with vegetable oil, pour our egg mixture and lightly fry on both sides. Pancake principle.

We get 3 such egg pancakes. When they have cooled down and become available for cutting, we stack them one on top of the other. We first cut into wide strips, which we also fold in a “stack” - and even then we can cut it all into the straws we need.

Although zucchini has a neutral taste, it is with our dressing that they become juicy and fragrant. Not even all of them “recognize by sight” after tasting our salad!

By the way! For those who don't know yet, I'm sharing it in a simple way, how to make bitter onion tasty . Pour boiling water over chopped onion and leave for 5-10 minutes. I also add a teaspoon of vinegar. We drain the water and ... it turns out pickled, crispy, and at the same time a fresh onion, which is the best suited for our delicious salads.

Now let's prepare the dressing. Two tablespoons of vegetable oil and 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, plus crushed garlic cloves - mix in a separate cup, add salt, pepper to taste. You can also chop the greens there smaller. You can add lemon juice. This is your taste preference.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • green beans - 150 gr.
  • any leaf lettuce (I have arugula) - 100 gr.
  • sesame - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • salt pepper
For sauce:
  • soy sauce - 50 gr.
  • water - 25 gr.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • wine or rice vinegar (you can also table) - 1 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • brown sugar - 1 tsp
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  1. Let's start the salad with the sauce. Mix all ingredients except olive oil.

2. Wash the chicken breast, rub with salt and pepper to taste. Pour half of the prepared sauce over the chicken breast and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Fry the breast on all sides in a preheated pan for about 2-3 minutes so that it becomes covered with a beautiful golden crust.

4. Now we send the breast to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cut the cooked chicken breast into thin slices.

5. We sell only frozen green beans in winter. But it defrosts very quickly under running hot water. Fry the beans in a frying pan with olive or vegetable oil.

6. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into beautiful slices. Drizzle lemon juice on top to keep it from browning.

7. Put lettuce leaves, avocado, fried beans and chicken breast on a plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

8. Add olive oil to the remaining sauce and pour over the salad.

9. Lightly fry the sesame seeds (1-2 minutes) in a pan and sprinkle on top of the salad.

Delicious red fish salad recipe

I consider this light salad to be a decoration for a festive table, and just life. Beautiful, besides useful, it is quite suitable for a festive table and for a birthday.

This recipe is a mix of different types of lettuce, but use any lettuce you have at home.

Ingredients:

  • salmon - 100 gr.
  • leaves of different varieties of lettuce - 200 gr.
  • cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs.
  • cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • wheat bread - 1 slice
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.
  • olive or any vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt, black pepper - to taste
  1. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry with paper towels. Arrange the salad on serving plates.

2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the salad.

3. Cut the cucumber into strips and also send it to portioned plates.

4. Cut lightly salted salmon into thin slices and randomly arrange on the salad.

5. Cut a slice of wheat bread into small cubes and lightly fry in vegetable oil. After the breadcrumbs have cooled, put it on a plate.

6. Boil 2 eggs, pour cold water and cut into beautiful slices and decorate our salad with them.

7. Prepare salad dressing - mix salt, honey, balsamic vinegar (can be replaced with lemon juice), vegetable oil (I have walnut oil).

Salad with Chinese cabbage and chicken breast

Light, low-calorie and very tasty salad, a special taste of which we add sesame oil and slightly fried sesame seeds.

New festive salad with feta cheese

This salad is very quick and easy to make. And guests can be surprised by an unusual serving of salad with balls of soft salty Feta cheese.

Ingredients:

  • lettuce leaves - 100 gr.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • black olives - 1/2 cup
  • Feta cheese - 200 gr.
  • fresh dill - 3 tbsp. l
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  1. First, let's form cheese balls. Cheese should be mashed with a fork and mixed with finely chopped dill. There is no need to add any more spices here. The cheese is quite salty. Roll small balls with your hands.

2. We tear lettuce leaves with our hands and put them in a salad bowl.

3. Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers, add the pitted olives.

4. For salad dressing, mix lemon juice, honey, olive oil and salt until completely dissolved. Dress the salad, mix.

5. Put cheese balls on top. Ready!

Holiday salad with seafood

This salad is for seafood lovers. It looks beautiful and festive, and seafood gives it solemnity. Such a salad is both healthy and low-calorie. It is quite suitable for those who are afraid to gain weight during the holidays.

Ingredients:

  • arugula salad - 200 gr.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • purple onion - 1 pc.
  • seafood set - 250 gr.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.
  • olive or any vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
  • black pepper
  • salt - 2 tsp
  1. We clean the Bulgarian pepper from seeds and cut into 4 parts. We will bake it. We cover the baking sheet with foil and lay the pieces of pepper back up on it. We bake in the oven at a temperature of 230-240 degrees for 7-10 minutes until the appearance of "baking" - black spots. After that, cover the pepper with a damp towel until it cools. Removing the skin from the pepper will be quite simple.

3. Put arugula on a plate, onion and tomatoes on top, chopped pieces of pepper.

4. Wash the seafood and fry in olive oil with finely chopped garlic for 3 minutes. Let cool and decorate the salad with them.

5. It remains only to prepare the sauce. Mix olive or vegetable oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Dress the salad and serve.

Salad "you lick your fingers" with salmon and avocado

This salad is sure to wow your guests. An unusual combination of salted salmon and grapefruit. It prepares in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • arugula salad - 200 gr.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • lime (can be replaced with lemon) - 1 pc.
  • slightly salted salmon - 250 gr.
  • grapefruit - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • black pepper
  • salt - 2 tsp

  1. Arugula salad is distributed over the entire plate. Of course, you can use any other salad.

2. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime and sprinkle lettuce leaves with it.

3. Peel the grapefruit and avocado and cut the flesh into small cubes. Spread on lettuce leaves.

4. Now cut the salmon, trout or salmon (slightly salted) into medium cubes.

6. That's all, it remains to pour the sauce. Mix olive oil with salt and the juice of the second half of the lime.

  • lettuce leaves - 200 gr.

  • brandy - 2 tsp
  • olive or vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.

  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  1. Let's start preparing the individual ingredients for the salad. I had frozen shrimp, but it’s very easy to defrost them - hold the bag of shrimp under a stream of warm water for a couple of minutes. Then, in a preheated pan, adding a little vegetable oil, fry the shrimp for 5 minutes. You can sprinkle them lightly with black pepper if you like.

2. It is advisable to fry the walnuts a little in a dry frying pan. Then they reveal their wonderful taste.

3 And the main accent in this salad is caramelized pears. Cut each pear lengthwise into long slices. Sprinkle the pears with brown sugar and pour over the brandy.

4. In order for the pears to soak in this syrup, they can be turned over several times in a bowl. After 5 minutes, put each slice in a pan, add butter and fry on both sides until a beautiful crust appears. At the very end, pour the remaining marinade from the plate into the pan and simmer the pears for another 1 minute.

5. Now it remains to collect our salad. Put lettuce, shrimp, walnuts on a plate. Cut the cheese into small cubes and arrange on top of the salad.

If you don't like cheese with a strong musty smell, try replacing it with a different, lighter Brie or hard cheeses like Parmesan.

6. We decorate our salad with pears.

7. We prepare the dressing from olive (vegetable) oil, lemon juice, add salt to taste. Top the salad artistically with balsamic cream.

Cooking:

  • Grate kohlrabi on a medium grater. If there is a lot of juice, it must be squeezed out.

Caprese salad with avocado

Ingredients:

  • 150 g romaine lettuce
  • 170 g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar
  • 1 st. l. olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into thin pieces

Cooking:

  • Heat olive oil in a small skillet. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and fry over medium heat.
  • For the dressing, combine balsamic vinegar and sugar and heat lightly in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 6-8 minutes, then set aside and cool.
  • Arrange the romaine lettuce leaves on a large plate and top with the cooled chicken breast, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, avocado and basil. Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.

Salad with dried tomatoes, baked chicken fillet and parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 150 g green salad
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 black peppercorns
  • 2 tsp dried herbs
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

For refueling:

  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp mustard

  • Grate the chicken fillet with the resulting mass and wrap in foil. Put in a baking dish. Place in the oven and bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
  • Cut the cooked chicken fillet into small pieces. Finely chop the tomatoes and cheese as well.
  • For dressing, mix oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine lettuce and tomatoes, add dressing and toss.
  • Put lettuce and tomatoes on plates, fillet and parmesan on top.

Salad with croutons and bacon

Ingredients:

  • 100 g loaf
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 st. l. dried herbs
  • 200 g bacon
  • lettuce leaves
  • 100 g parmesan
  • 15-20 cherry tomatoes
  • pepper

Cooking:

  • Mix oil and lemon juice. Add minced garlic through a garlic press. Add dried herbs, salt, pepper, mix.
  • Tear the banana into small pieces. Put the loaf slices in a baking dish, toss with garlic and herb butter. Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C, bake until golden brown (about 25 minutes).
  • Cut the bacon into strips, fry it in a pan without oil. Parmesan cut with a knife or grate.
  • Cherry cut into 2 parts (ordinary tomatoes cut into small pieces). Tear green lettuce with your hands. Add cherry tomatoes, bacon, parmesan, croutons, salt - to taste.

Italian salad with arugula

Ingredients:

  • 15 Chinese cabbage leaves
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 1 red sweet onion
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • lemon juice

Cooking:

  • Cut the onion into half rings and drizzle with a mixture of lemon juice, oil and salt.
  • Chop and mix chinese cabbage, arugula, tomatoes and onions.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g squid (peeled)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150 g funchose
  • 150 g onion

  • juice of half a lime (or a quarter of a lemon)

Cooking:

  • Dip the squid in boiling water and boil for 3 minutes. Remove, cool and cut into strips.
  • Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Mushrooms cut into cubes and add to the onion, add salt and pepper. Cook until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
  • Pour boiling water over funchose for 5 minutes.
  • For dressing, mix oil and vinegar, add lime juice, salt and pepper.
  • Mix squid, mushrooms, funchose and pour dressing.

Spicy carrot, ginger and cucumber salad

Ingredients:

  • 500 g carrots
  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • fresh ginger
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 40 ml sesame oil
  • 20 g sesame

Cooking:

  • Peel and grate the carrots, as for Korean carrots. Then cut the cucumber and add it to the carrot.
  • Peel fresh ginger and garlic. Finely chop the garlic, grate the ginger on a fine grater. Next, grind everything well in a mortar until you get a homogeneous mass.
  • Add oil, soy sauce and stir. Then pour the dressing into the salad, mix, let stand for about 30 minutes in a cool place. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
