  • 1 bunch of any greens;
  • 100 gr. homemade mayonnaise;

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the bird thoroughly, cut into small rectangular pieces. Put the meat in a frying pan with oil, fry until cooked. During the frying process, season the meat with pepper and salt. Put the cooled turkey on a serving dish in the form of a rooster's body. Top the ball of meat with mayonnaise.
  2. In another pan, in parallel with the turkey, fry the diced mushrooms with onions. Salt and pepper the finished contents to taste. Put the cooled mushrooms on the meat, season with sauce.
  3. Hard boil eggs, cool. Finely three eggs in a separate container. Combine half of the egg mass with grated cheese, form the third layer of lettuce. Generously smeared with mayonnaise, put on the shelf of the refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. We clean the Bulgarian pepper, cut into thin half rings. Sprinkle the body of the rooster with the remaining egg mass. From multi-colored half-rings of bell pepper we make a magnificent tail and wing. Cut out the scallop, beard and paws from the edge of the red pepper pod. We decorate the plate with sprigs of fresh herbs. From a black olive we make an eye.

This bright dish looks very festive and enchanting. A riot of colors and simple ingredients - this is exactly what the symbol of 2017 will like.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 3 bell peppers (green, red, yellow);
  • 200 gr. ham;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 medium tomatoes;
  • mayonnaise for dressing.

Cooking:

  1. To begin with, boil hard-boiled eggs, adding a little water. We clean, cut lengthwise and take out the yolks in a separate plate. Squirrels are cut into longitudinal strips of medium thickness. And grind the yolks into crumbs.
  2. Wash all vegetables thoroughly. We remove the core from the peppers, and cut the pulp into oblong strips. We do the same with ham and tomatoes. Cut the peeled onion lengthwise. We divide into feathers, cut them into longitudinal strips. To rid the onion of "anger", pour boiling water over it for 5-7 minutes, and then rinse it with cool water.
  3. Now we begin to form "fireworks". Arrange the ingredients on a large flat plate. First comes a layer of onion and ham, we lay them out mixed. Further, according to the same principle, we place pepper and egg whites.
  4. Lay out tomato slices in a circle on top, draw stripes between them with mayonnaise. Fill the center of the salad with grated egg yolks.

Salad "Corn cob".


It is no secret that the rooster loves all sorts of grains and therefore he will like the corncob. This is a very suitable recipe for the New Year 2017.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr. carrots;
  • 250 gr. crab sticks;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 250 gr. corn (canned);
  • 200 gr. cabbage;
  • 170 gr. homemade mayonnaise;
  • 0.5 bunch of green onion feathers;
  • 2-3 pinches of salt.

Cooking:

The salad is very easy to make. First, finely chop the cabbage (you can take Peking or white cabbage). Finely grate peeled raw carrots.

We clean the boiled chilled eggs, finely rub them. We do the same with crab sticks.

In a bowl, mix cabbage, crab sticks, carrots and eggs. Open a jar of corn, drain the liquid. Add corn to the salad, leaving a quarter for decoration of the dish. We fill the mixture with mayonnaise, seasoning with spices to taste.

We spread the resulting mass in a pea on a plate, compacting and shaping the cob. We level the surface with mayonnaise. We lay a third of the corn on top in even rows, simulating the location of the grains in a real cob.

We dissolve the onion feathers with a knife, cutting them lengthwise and unfolding them. Lightly grease the inside with mayonnaise and spread on the salad in the form of leaves.

This salad is best served freshly prepared before the vegetables release their juices.

Recipe: Grape Salad

This is a very original dish that is perfect for the New Year's menu.

Ingredients:

  • 3 green apples;
  • 400 gr. boiled rabbit;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 large bunch of grapes (variety "Lady's fingers");
  • 100 gr. hard cheese;
  • 1 bunch of greenfinch;
  • mayonnaise or sour cream for dressing.

Cooking:

  1. Meat cut into medium cubes. Peel the boiled eggs and cut into large cubes.
  2. Rinse the apples thoroughly, cut in half, remove the seed box and remove the peel. We cut the pulp into cubes or three on a coarse grater. To prevent the apple from turning dark, sprinkle it with lemon juice before sending it to the salad.
  3. We wash the bunch of grapes, dry and pick. Three cheese on a large grater.
  4. In a salad bowl we combine all the products, add dressing, season with spices. You can reduce the calorie content of the salad by replacing mayonnaise with sour cream. Serve on the table, decorating with sprigs of greens and grapes.

Mushroom salad in cheese baskets.

Even such a simple salad with mushrooms will look amazing on the festive table in original cheese baskets.

Ingredients:

  • 160 gr. ham;
  • 400 gr. Dutch cheese (for baskets);
  • 160 gr. champignons;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • 160 gr. sweet pepper (red);
  • 20 pcs. pitted olives;
  • 50 gr. homemade mayonnaise;
  • 12 sprigs of dill;
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • black pepper and salt to taste.

Cooking:

  1. First, prepare the baskets in which we will collect the salad. To do this, three cheese on a medium or coarse grater (we use only a quality product). Put a little cheese on a dry, clean frying pan. We give the mass a rounded shape with a diameter of a saucer. We put the pan on a small fire and wait until the cheese melts. When the bottom of the pancake is browned, set the dishes aside.
  2. We transfer the slightly cooled and seized pancake to a glass standing upside down, form beautiful shuttlecocks and leave to cool completely. In the same way we prepare the rest of the baskets. From the specified serving of cheese, approximately 10 baskets are obtained. The number of blanks may vary depending on the diameter of the cheese pancakes.
  3. For the filling, rinse, peel and cut the mushrooms. Fry them until cooked in a frying pan with vegetable oil, at the end a little salt and pepper. We lay out the cooled mushrooms in all the baskets, sprinkled with mayonnaise on top.
  4. We cut the ham into small cubes, lay it out in molds, flavor it with dressing.
  5. Next comes the cucumber layer. Rinse the vegetables well, cut into medium pieces and send to the baskets. You can lightly salt the cucumbers on top.
  6. We free the sweet pepper from the core and cut into cubes. We put a few pieces of sweet paprika in each basket.
  7. It remains to decorate the salad with thin circles of olives and a sprig of dill. In this form, the baskets are served on the table.

Green salad with mozzarella "New Year's wreath".

This salad is guaranteed to grab the attention of all guests. It is very bright, tasty and vegetarian. And who loves meat, the salad will serve as a healthy side dish for meat or poultry.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 bunches of lettuce leaves;
  • 400 gr. mozzarella;
  • 400 gr. cherry;
  • 2 bunches of arugula and green basil;
  • 1 carrot;
  • a little salt, balsamic vinegar and olive oil for dressing to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse all vegetables and herbs thoroughly, dry with a towel. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, pluck the basil leaves from the twigs. Mix all greens together. We lay the green mass in the form of a wreath on a round dish.
  2. Randomly arrange cherry tomatoes on top. Drain the brine from the mozzarella. If the slices of cheese are large, cut them in half. If not, then scatter, like tomatoes, on a pillow of greens.
  3. Peel the carrots, cut into thin strips. We distribute the carrots on top of the salad, imitating a ribbon on a real wreath. And in the upper part of the wreath we form a beautiful bow from the same carrot strips.
  4. Mix olive oil with a little balsamic vinegar and a couple of pinches of salt. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving and serve.

Shrimp cocktail salad.

There is something romantic and mysterious about New Year's Eve, and to enhance this atmosphere, you can prepare an exquisite cocktail salad. It contains very few ingredients, they are seasoned with a magic sauce based on sour cream and orange liqueur. Such an unusual salad cannot but please the Fire Rooster - a true connoisseur of everything bright and unusual.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. boiled-frozen shrimp (unpeeled);
  • 4 lettuce leaves;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 2 eggs (boiled);
  • 2 cherry tomatoes (for salad decoration).

Refueling:

  • 150 gr. fatty sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce (sweet);
  • 1 tsp mustard with grains;
  • 0.5 tsp dried marjoram;
  • 1 tsp liquid honey;
  • 2 pinches of freshly ground black pepper;
  • 1 tbsp liqueur (orange).

Cooking:

  1. Defrost shrimp in cold water. When the seafood is thawed, carefully clean it and set aside.
  2. Boil chicken eggs for 8 minutes after boiling, cool in cold water. After cleaning, cut them into medium cubes.
  3. Lettuce leaves are thoroughly rinsed, dried. My cucumber, cut into half rings or quarters.
  4. To prepare the sauce, mix mustard with honey until smooth. Only after that add sour cream, marjoram, chili, liquor and black pepper.
  5. The salad is designed for 4 servings, so we take glasses and put 2-3 tablespoons of the resulting sauce on the bottom of each. Top with cucumbers, eggs, lettuce and shrimp in equal proportions.
  6. We put half a tomato on top - the salad is ready.

This salad is quite simple to prepare and quite low in calories, which cannot but please the female representatives. Because the festive table is often overloaded with fatty and heavy foods, then this dish will be a real salvation for the liver.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. tongue (boiled);
  • 100 gr. pickled mushrooms;
  • 1-2 salad cucumbers;
  • 1 tbsp french mustard;
  • 1 head of onion;
  • 1 tbsp homemade mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the tongue thoroughly, soak for several hours. Then cook until tender, adding carrot circles, onions, various roots, salt and pepper to the broth. We clean the cooled tongue from the thick skin covering it, and cut it into oblong strips.
  2. The next step is processing the onion. We clean the onion, cut into half rings. So that it does not taste bitter in the salad, pour boiling water for 10 minutes, adding 1 tbsp. granulated sugar. Then drain the marinade, and dry the onion.
  3. Washed cucumbers cut into strips. Pickled mushrooms are also cut into oblong pieces.
  4. We put all the ingredients in a bowl, bring to the desired taste, adding the right amount of salt and pepper. Separately, mix the mayonnaise with mustard, season the New Year's salad with the prepared sauce.
  5. Serve the dish in a common salad bowl or in portions, decorating with a sprig of parsley on top.

Salad "Salmon on a fur coat".

Olivier salads and “herring under a fur coat”, familiar to everyone, are already rather fed up. Therefore, you can safely replace the herring with red fish, and get a fur coat in a new festive interpretation.

Ingredients:

  • 60 gr. cheese
  • 1 medium beetroot (boiled);
  • 150 gr. slightly salted salmon;
  • 1 medium carrot (boiled);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1-2 small onions;
  • sour cream or homemade mayonnaise for dressing;
  • some pepper and salt.

Cooking:

  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel them and coarsely three. We also do hard cheese.
  2. We cut the red fish into small cubes. We cover a deep salad bowl or bowl with cling film (the edges of the film should hang down) and put the fish on the bottom.
  3. We clean the onion, cut it into thin half-rings or cubes. On top of the fish, evenly distribute the chopped onion, make a mayonnaise mesh.
  4. Next, we form the egg layer and draw the mesh again.
  5. Remove the skin from the boiled carrot, finely chop the root crop. Lay the carrot layer on top of the eggs and seal. Lubricate the carrots with sauce.
  6. Grated cheese is also evenly placed in a container and seasoned with homemade mayonnaise.
  7. The last layer is formed from coarsely grated boiled beets. We close the salad with a hanging film, put it in the cold for 2-3 hours. Before serving, we take out a bowl, open the film, cover with a dish and turn it over sharply (strongly support the plate construction with our hands). Thus, our salad turned over and the beet layer became the lowest, and the fish ended up on top. Salad can be decorated with herbs or in any other way.

New Year's salad "Santa Claus's Mitten"

Such curly salads are especially popular with kids who love beautifully decorated dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots;
  • 5 fresh eggs;
  • 1 can of sardines in oil;
  • 1 apple;
  • 3 potato tubers;
  • 0.5 medium onion head;
  • 0.5 bunch of green onions;
  • 1 pod of red bell pepper;
  • a little salt and mayonnaise for dressing.

Cooking:

  1. Boil carrots, eggs and potatoes until tender in salted water. After cooling, peel the vegetables and rub them separately.
  2. Rinse the apple, remove the peel, remove the core and rub on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, soak for 10 minutes in vinegar.
  4. Open a jar of sardines, remove hard ridges, knead the fish with a fork until gruel and combine with squeezed pickled onions.
  5. My sweet pepper, peel, and rub the pulp on a medium grater. Be sure to squeeze out the excess juice. Otherwise, the salad will flow and quickly lose its shape.
  6. We clean the boiled eggs, separate the whites and yolks. The yolks are finely three, and the proteins are passed through a coarse grater.
  7. Now we form layers of lettuce, generously lubricating each with mayonnaise.
  8. First comes the boiled potatoes. We lay it out in a dense ball in the form of a mitten and seal it.
  9. Next, lay out the sardines with onions and immediately sprinkle everything with chopped green onions.
  10. Now a layer of apples follows, followed by the yolk and protein masses laid out separately (we leave a little protein for decoration).
  11. The top and sides of the structure are painted over with a carrot ball. And our salad is crowned with a layer of red bell pepper.
  12. From the deposited grated protein, we form the fur at the mitten, and draw a snowflake in the center with mayonnaise.

"Principessa" - simple and elegant

To prepare the "Principessa" you will need (for 6 servings):

  • ripe banana - 2 pcs.
  • baked or boiled beets - 300 g;
  • light raisins - 100 g;
  • garlic - 2 large cloves;
  • walnut - 20 g;
  • homemade mayonnaise.

It is advisable to boil the beets the day before. But it is better to bake it in foil - this will save the home from the amber of the boiled vegetable, and make the taste of the salad even more pleasant. Having baked, cooled beets, you can cook a dish in just half an hour.

  1. First, soak the washed raisins in warm water.
  2. In the meantime, chop the beets using a coarse grater.
  3. Chop the nuts not too finely.
  4. Remove the skin from the bananas, cut the flesh into fairly large slices. Peel the garlic cloves, chop well with a sharp knife (do not use a garlic press).
