I want to suggest you cook the thighs in the oven, marinated in a honey-soy marinade with the addition of olive oil and mustard. Honey here is not for taste, thanks to it a very beautiful ruddy caramel-colored crust is obtained. Mustard will make the meat soft and tender, and soy sauce will add its own unique taste. All the ingredients for the marinade are simply perfectly combined with each other, resulting in an amazingly tasty dish that will diversify your menu. Sprinkle the meat with sesame seeds on top, which will give it an original appearance and a more piquant and interesting taste. I used chicken thighs in the recipe, but any part of the chicken will work. For example, you can take chicken wings, a drumstick, or even bake a whole chicken.

Ingredients:

  • chicken thigh - 9 pieces.
  • sesame - 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • honey - 1.5 tbsp. spoons.
  • - 1 teaspoon.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoon.
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon.
  • salt - to taste.
  • spices - to taste.
  • Servings Per Container: 9.

How to cook thighs in the oven delicious:

Rinse chicken thighs under running water, pat dry with paper towels and place in a deep bowl.

Sprinkle with salt and spices to your taste. We try not to get carried away with salt, because soy sauce will be present in the marinade.

In a separate bowl, combine liquid honey, mustard, olive oil and soy sauce. We mix all the ingredients together.

Add the marinade to the chicken thighs and rub it thoroughly into the meat. If desired, you can add more chopped garlic, but this time I cooked without it. We leave the thighs to marinate for at least two hours, if possible, you can leave the meat in this form overnight. The longer it marinates, the brighter and more interesting the taste will be.

Then we grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the marinated chicken into it. For convenience, I cover the bottom with foil, this saves a lot of time spent on washing dishes. Sprinkle the top of the thighs with sesame seeds.

We send the meat to the oven preheated to 200 * C for 40-50 minutes. Since everyone’s ovens are different, after 30 minutes we begin to look periodically, as soon as an appetizing golden crust forms on top, the thighs in the oven are considered ready!

Do you like soft chicken meat with a sweetish honey flavor? Cook the thighs in a honey mustard marinade. You can pour them with marinade and literally immediately send them to the oven. But if you marinate them for several hours, or even better overnight, you will be surprised at the incredible tenderness of the chicken. Together with the chicken, a small amount of delicious aromatic meat fat is obtained, which can be poured over the side dish.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 chicken thighs
  • 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 1 st. l. honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 1/4 tsp spices for chicken
  • 1 st. l. vegetable oil

Cooking

1. Wash the chicken thighs, remove all unnecessary (cartilage, pieces of skin, feather remnants, bones). The skin can be removed if desired. Pat the meat dry with paper towels.

2. Make a marinade. Pour soy sauce into a bowl, it is better to use it with a classic taste, without additives. Here, add a little salt, spices if desired, you can limit yourself to black ground pepper.

3. Now put a spoonful of liquid honey and mustard in the bowl, no matter if it is spicy or not. If the honey is too thick, melt it in a water or steam bath. Mix everything well. Honey mustard marinade is ready.

4. Pour the marinade over the thighs and mix well. Now let them stand in a cool place for a while. You can put it in the refrigerator or on the balcony.

5. After some time, transfer the meat to a baking dish covered with foil. Send the chicken to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Bake them for the first 20 minutes, covered with foil, and the remaining time without it. Then the meat will be soft, and on top ruddy and fried.
