The chicken liver is boiled, the vegetables are fried in a minimum amount of oil, and then everything is stewed in low-fat cream (we add quite a bit to give a creamy taste). Ingredients:

Chicken liver - 600 gr.
Onion - 3 pieces of medium size
Garlic - 2 cloves
Carrots - 2 small things, young is better
Red Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Sweet yellow pepper - 1 pc.
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Low-fat cream - 70 ml (can be replaced with a couple of tablespoons of sour cream)
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
Parsley greens for decoration.

Cooking method:

My liver, clean and boil in salted water ~ 10 min
In the meantime, cut the vegetables: onions into half rings, carrots and garlic into thin circles, tomatoes and peppers into cubes.
We recline the liver in a colander and let the water drain well. I further cut it into two parts and remove the veins between them.

Add the liver to the vegetables, mix well, reduce the heat and cover with a lid (~ 5 min).
Who likes vegetables to be soft - increase the time. I prefer them to be crunchy and keep their shape.
At the end, add cream or sour cream, mix thoroughly, salt, pepper to taste and leave to simmer under the lid for another couple of minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley.
