Classic apple strudel with puff pastry. Apple strudel - recipes from ready-made puff pastry

Here you will find classic design options, but when there are many examples in the photos, it will be easier for you to tell the designers about your vision.

If you are in Moscow, call us, we will answer all your questions, calculate the approximate cost, and offer several options for decorating the hall at your wedding.

Ball chains

I love chains for elegance and perfect shape. They can zone the space, highlighting the most festive area of the wedding hall. The ends of the chains can also be attached to the floor, but if you use racks decorated with bunches of balls, fabric and LED garlands, it turns out just magical!

If you make several chains and place them on top of each other, you get a great aerial background. A particularly successful design move for those cases when there is no wall behind the newlyweds and witnesses.

You can build a tunnel from the chains (we cover the weights with paper flowers or ribbons). And if you attach the balls not to the fishing line, but to the railing, you get a charming decoration of the flight of stairs. By the way, these balloons can be used at the end of the holiday to launch into the sky :-).

Fairy lights

These garlands are made from balloons without helium and can decorate the room for a long time. Here are the railing options:

From such a garland, magnificent arches are obtained. The combination with artificial flowers and vines is a great solution.

Garlands can be multi-colored. Look how different these balloon wedding decorations look!

Hearts, rings, swans

Balloon hearts are a classic of the genre. It is indeed very romantic! Most often they are placed above the heads of the newlyweds.

The heart can be one for two, but in this case, you can add other elements from balloons and drapery from airy fabric.

Wedding rings and balloon swans are also quite popular. The price depends not only on the size, as the figures can vary greatly in complexity of execution. Here are some examples:

Figures can be tied to a "cloud" of balls. First, we take pictures with all this beauty for a long, long time, and then we solemnly launch them into the sky. So romantic…

You can make letters and numbers from balloons (if you suddenly want to perpetuate the date of the celebration or the initials of lovers). .

Oh-oh-very big balls

An incomparable solution for wedding decor! I especially like it when wide bright ribbons are tied to these huge balls (diameter 40-50 cm). The decoration is quite noticeable, agree.

Balls can be tied to chairs or simply let go to the ceiling.

Bouquets of balloons on the tables

Such balloon decorations are suitable for crowded weddings, because one decorated wall next to the table of the newlyweds will not be visible to all guests. In this case, we will put a small bouquet of helium balloons on each table. The threads should be long enough so that the guests can see each other's faces.

Floor columns and bouquets

In some rooms, the installation of figures from balls is not possible for technical reasons (or simply prohibited by the owner of the site). In this case, huge floor bouquets and fountains help out. Some of them are attached to special racks, and "fountains" of helium balloons do not require the use of additional structures at all.

The columns also look great (they are weaved according to the model of the familiar “4-ball” garlands). Chains of balls attached to such columns look very solemn.

Arches and gazebos

These are the most monumental constructions made of balls, it takes a lot of time to assemble them. Most often, such arches and gazebos are built in large rooms with high ceilings or in the fresh air for the solemn part of the wedding ceremony.

Ceiling decorations

Most often, they simply release a couple of hundred helium balloons with beautiful ribbons to the ceiling. In the photographs, I picked up original solutions for decorating the ceiling in the wedding hall. You can make a circular chain of lincolun with helium, and place balls with paper hearts on ribbons in the center of the circle. Very bright decoration, agree! On the right is a circular two-color garland.

Balloons are a familiar symbol of celebration and carefree fun for everyone since childhood, which is the best suited for wedding decor. An outdoor ceremony in nature or a banquet hall look equally stylish framed by garlands, arches, figures and balloon inscriptions. And the budget of such a design compared to floral or fabric counterparts will allow you to add luxurious details to other wedding elements.

Decorating a wedding with balloons allows you to create and experiment. These can be arches or air walls separating the young table from the rest of the space, delicate pastel garlands near the ceiling, weightless floating arches or additional lighting using balls with built-in LEDs.

The variety of shapes and colors, as well as the ability to fill the balloons with helium or ordinary air and change their properties, allows the designer to show all their creativity, creating truly original solutions.

Advantages of aero design:

  • budget: balloons will cost much cheaper than fresh flowers;
  • speed and ease of execution: you can create beautiful compositions yourself;
  • a special atmosphere of romance and lightness;
  • huge palette of colors;
  • possibility to combine both different types of balloons among themselves, and combine balloons with fabrics or colors.

But there are also disadvantages:

  • balls have an unpleasant property of bursting with a sharp sound: to avoid this, do not inflate them too much;
  • Not every wedding theme allows for such a design.: balloons may not fit into too luxurious or, conversely, natural style;
  • the slightest draft can scatter not very tightly attached beauty throughout the hall.

Color spectrum

Do not use the entire palette of shades. The design will turn out to be too chaotic, which will inevitably destroy the overall atmosphere. It is better to choose two or three primary colors and combine them to taste.

Another interesting solution is several shades of the same color. For example, you can create an arch or garland with a gradient from soft mint to rich herbal. Monochrome looks no less worthy, but in this case, try not to overdo it, otherwise the overall picture will turn out to be somewhat boring.

In classical ceremonies, delicate, pastel shades of pink, blue, white or gold are most often used. conducive to adding a palette of celebration - shades of red, blue and even black.

Advice! Remember that an air-filled balloon looks lighter than a deflated one. This can be important when choosing perfectly matching shades, especially bright or dark colors.

Ideas with a photo

Ordinary

Traditional balls are oval spheres made from a mixture of rubber and latex. Depending on how much you inflate them, they will become more or less round.

Inside there may be ordinary air. Then the inflated decor element will lie quietly in place, without trying to fly anywhere. Or helium - in this case, the ball will tend up to the ceiling. By the way, buying a helium canister will cost much less than agency services.

Depending on the volatility, it is worth choosing the rest of the design. For example, ordinary accessories will beautifully lay garlands on tables, walls or an arch. You can tie them in small bouquets and fix them in the center of the table.

Helium balloons can either be freely released so that they hang under the ceiling, or fixed at the desired height with the help of weights. A very gentle option is a ceiling dotted with pastel light balls, as if clouds.

Ribbons hanging down are decorated with polymer clay hearts, scrolls with predictions, or small sweet surprises are tied to them.

Making a balloon shape on the ceiling is another great idea, but securing it is not so easy.

foil with helium

The metallized film makes jewelry more durable than latex counterparts. In addition, foil balloons do not have to be round at all. Heart, swan, crown - the forms are very diverse.

Usually such figures are filled with helium, and if you need to fix them not under the ceiling, they tie them to columns, tables, chairs or attach weights.

A very interesting solution, at the same time cute and funny, is the creation of dolls of the bride and groom from foil balls, reduced or even full-length. Such an element of decor will wonderfully decorate both the presidium and the hood of the wedding cortege.

Idea! Large unusual shapes made of metallized film are ideal for. An inflatable pirate, a gangster or a palm tree looks unusual, bright and immediately sets you in the right mood.

backlit

Balloons can play a supporting role in creating fabulous lighting. This is achieved using the most common LEDs - colored or standard. The former are best used in transparent large spheres, while the latter look great in matte balls.

To make the glowing balls look more advantageous, the general lighting must be dimmed. Such elements are very effective in nature, after sunset, and at the very end of the holiday they can be released into the black sky.

Modeling

Long and easily bendable modeling balls are a great option for creating the most unexpected compositions. Of these, you can make a cartoon image of the newlyweds and install on the table or in the center of the hall. A bouquet or a whole flower bed looks no worse, any other figures: from angels to doves.

An interesting solution is to use self-blowing balloons. As the name suggests, they inflate on their own when a button is pressed remotely. Colored clouds suddenly rising behind the newlyweds will certainly cause general delight., especially if you arrange such a mini-performance at some important moment - the first kiss, dance, an important toast.

A huge ball - and it can be up to half a meter in diameter, will easily become the center of the composition, around which smaller balls will gather.

Panoramic accessories, transparent on one side and patterned on the inside, will also add freshness to any decor.

Figures and inscriptions

Small balloons, filled with helium or ordinary, perfectly assemble into a variety of shapes. They can be mounted on the wall of the presidium, laid out on tables, hung from the ceiling.

The classic options are one or two large hearts, swans intertwining their necks, crossed rings. You may well come up with other interesting figures that reflect the history of your couple. Let it be a symbol of your joint hobby, something that resonates with the theme of the wedding or reminds you of the place where you met.

As for the inscriptions, they can be completely traditional - "Council and love", the names of the newlyweds, a common surname - to unexpected, even mysterious phrases that only the two of you can understand.

Advice! It is best to make letters and numbers not from ordinary balloons, but from foil ones. In this case, you can be sure that the inscription is not deformed due to one or more broken or deflated elements.

chains

Balloon chains hanging overhead make any room look like a fairy tale castle. This is a very convenient solution when you need to divide the hall into several zones - for dancing, for relaxing, for eating.

Chains can be plain, transparent, multi-colored, while no one bothers to add a second layer above or below, creating the illusion of a weightless wall. This option is perfect for the design of the presidium.

Bright thin chains are also interesting, standing with legs on different tables and as if encouraging guests to communicate with neighbors and have fun until you drop. At the end of the ceremony, the decor element is easily disassembled into its components - and these are the balls that can be launched into the sky for good luck.

Original idea for: create a special chain of balloons with little sweet surprises. Each guest pops any balloon he likes and receives his prize.

Transparent large balls hanging around the room at different levels will create a feeling of festive soap bubbles. This is a great backdrop for photos and also a fun interactive element. But make sure that the balls fly above the level of the countertop and do not get dirty with food.

Fairy lights

Non-flying garlands are easily attached to almost any surface, and look great both on walls and on tables, railings, columns.

Monochromatic or consisting of several intertwining shades, they can become the main element of decor or a bright, bold, unexpected accent that dilutes the main color.

An excellent solution is to play not only with color, but also with the texture of the balls, for example, alternating matte with smooth or transparent.

arches

Such an element of decor looks very touching, gentle and airy. Can decorate a banquet hall or an outdoor area in the fresh air. In the latter case, however, it must be carefully fixed.

An interesting option is several arches that form a tunnel through which young people will pass. In addition to several angles for the photographer, such a structure will add fabulousness to any hall and divide the room into several zones.

If you want to surprise the audience, then why not make an arch of balloons filled with helium? She will literally soar, leaving only tails of satin ribbons on the ground. If necessary, it is easy to move it to the presidium, to the street or to any other place.

The arch does not have to be a standard form at all. You can experiment with swan figurines, a giant heart, even vertical columns with satin ribbons stretched between them.

Surprise balls

Inside a large ball, you can put other, smaller ones, or confetti, serpentine, small sweets.

Typically, such a design element is used to burst it at the most solemn moment and shower happy newlyweds or guests with pleasant bonuses. This can be done at the end of the ceremony, during the dance, at any other suitable point in time. You can burst the ball with an ordinary pin - in this case, entrust this responsible business to the toastmaster or best man.

Idea! If you want to surprise your guests, then use the detonator with a remote control. A self-bursting balloon will delight everyone without exception, and in addition, it can be hung up to the very ceiling.

Air bouquets on the tables

Unlike real flowers, such a decoration will definitely not cause allergies in any of the guests, will not wither by the end of the evening, and will cost much less.

To create a flower bed, use thin long balls for modeling or ordinary round ones that are not inflated too much. If you wish, you can create a wide variety of buds, from daisies to tulips, but remember about moderation - too much heterogeneity of colors rarely looks elegant.

Baskets for latex floristry can be either real, wicker, or made from the same balloons for modeling.

Guests at the table should be comfortable talking, they should be able to see each other, so use either low horizontal compositions, or, on the contrary, helium balloons hanging above the table and only satin ribbons descending.

DIY decor

The budget of aerodesign is achieved not only by the cheapness of the material, but also by the fact that it is not necessary to seek help from agencies for design. It is very easy to make high-quality decoration from balloons with your own hands, and no special skills are required. Balloons are inflated with a conventional pump or a special helium balloon. Then it remains only to choose the elements of decor that you especially like and repeat them.

Making glowing spheres is also easy. You will need LEDs and ordinary round batteries. Just bend the antennae of the LED and attach the long one to the plus, and the short one to the minus, smearing it well with glue or pressing it with tape. Ready! Now it remains only to hide the workpiece inside the balls.

Master class: make a ball of colored threads

There is another version of aerodesign that will definitely not burst at the most inopportune moment, these are balls of colored threads. To make them yourself, putting a piece of your soul into the design, is within the power of everyone.

You will need:

  • cream or oil;
  • regular latex balloons;
  • glue (300 g of PVA mixed with 50 ml of water and 100 g of starch);
  • thin needle;
  • threads - choose those that are more to your liking, from floss to thick yarn, the main thing is that they are not too thin and easily torn.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Blow up the balloons. Fasten them so that they do not slip out, and carefully grease with cream or oil;
  2. Soak the threads well in the glue base;
  3. We start wrapping the ball. This can be done in an artistic mess or creating a specific pattern. A little space below should be left without decor - through it you will pull out the remnants of rubber;
  4. Leave the blank for a day - during this time the glue will dry completely;
  5. Pierce the ball with a needle, then carefully remove the latex.

You will have an excellent air element, delicate and openwork.

Idea! A ball of threads can be used for garlands, bouquets or other arrangements.

Useful video

If your wedding takes place in a tent, an open restaurant or a room with high ceilings, then large balls of thread will serve as an excellent decor option. Such a simple decoration looks very stylish and perfectly fills the empty space. At the same time, you can easily make them yourself, about this in the video:

Conclusion

Aerodesign is a great idea for a wedding, which allows you to quickly and affordably turn any place into a real fairy tale. Balls can be both the main decor element and an auxiliary one, wonderfully combined with floristry, fabric, and unusual lighting. If desired, aerodesign can be done with your own hands, the main thing is not to be afraid to experiment.

Delicious strudel with apples is a bright representative of homemade pastries, which are to the taste of both adults and children. The whole charm of such sweetness lies not only in its taste, but in the availability and ease of the recipe. Even novice hostesses can safely take on the preparation of this dish, since the whole process is quite simple. In addition, it will be greatly facilitated not only by detailed tips for each cooking item, but also by step-by-step photographs.

To prepare the strudel, we need the following products: flour, water, eggs, vegetable oil, apples, sugar, butter and vanilla sugar. All these ingredients are essential to make a classic strudel. If you opt for a more “lightweight” version of the recipe, then this list can be significantly curtailed. For example, for cooking strudel, you can use store-bought puff pastry. In this case, you will be relieved of the need to cook it yourself, which will save yourself not only time and effort, but also some products.

Also, despite the fact that most often strudel is cooked with apples, any other filling can be used instead. These fruits can be replaced with pears, plums, peaches, apricots. Instead of fruits, you can also use berries, dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots, prunes) or nuts. For more flavor, don't forget to add cinnamon, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.

After your apple strudel is ready, it can be served immediately. Such pastries can decorate any festive table, although there is nothing easier than baking such a sweet for an ordinary tea party with your family.

Ingredients:

For test:
  • 250 g flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 125 g water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For filling:
  • 600 g peeled and chopped apples
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g roasted almonds
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 p. vanilla sugar (20 g)
  • 100 g butter

Cooking step by step with photos:

  1. First, let's prepare the dough. To do this, first of all, you need to sift wheat flour through a sieve. Add a pinch of salt and one egg yolk to it.
  2. Pour water into the bulk in small portions and knead the elastic dough. It needs to be kneaded well until it starts to stick out of the hands.
  3. Lubricate the ball of finished puff pastry with vegetable oil, cover with a towel and leave it for a quarter of an hour.
  4. Now let's prepare the filling for the strudel. Cut the roasted almonds lengthwise to make long slices.
  5. Wash the apples, peel and cut into pieces.
  6. Mix apples, almonds and washed raisins.
  7. Sprinkle a linen towel well with flour, as shown in the photo.
  8. We put the dough on a towel and start rolling it out.
  9. The result is a long rectangle. The dough should be thin enough. (But, at the same time, it should not shine through - when you wrap the strudel with the filling - it may tear). Therefore, we roll out the dough so that it becomes thin, but be careful not to overdo it.
  10. Sprinkle the rolled dough with cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Sprinkle with ½ of the sugar.
  11. We spread the filling on the dough, sprinkle with sugar. Smooth out the layer of apples.
  12. Carefully wrap the strudel, helping yourself with a towel so as not to tear the dough.
  13. We carefully pinch the edges of the strudel.
  14. Carefully put the strudel (seam down!) on a baking sheet, after covering it with baking paper.
  15. Brush the strudel with melted butter. We send the strudel to the oven for 40-50 minutes, but grease the strudel with oil approximately every 10-15 minutes. Cooking temperature 180 degrees.
  16. We take out the finished strudel from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  17. Serve the strudel with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or custard. In the context of pastries look very appetizing.

Bon appetit!

Traditionally, a piece of cake is laid out on a plate, as well as a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream. However, even without this ingredient, the dessert will surely please both guests and household members.

According to this recipe, you can cook a very tasty strudel with a tender and juicy filling.
