Cupcake “Three wishes. Recipes: Cupcake "Three Wishes" recipe for making a cupcake three wishes

This cupcake, like a warm autumn hello, will bloom on a chilly rainy morning and give you joy with a cup of hot coffee. For a cupcake, walnuts or any soft nuts, such as pecans, peanuts, are suitable. Homemade yolks give the dough a beautiful yellow color. But if the yolks are not so bright, then the dough can be tinted with turmeric, orange peel or saffron.

For a cake, we need the following products: flour, eggs, sugar, butter, chocolate, ground and toasted nuts, baking powder, vanillin.

Rub room temperature butter with 100 grams of sugar until white and add the yolks.

Mix the resulting mass well until smooth and uniform.

Beat egg whites with remaining sugar until stiff. Add sugar only after the foam becomes noticeable and dense. Beat with sugar until it is completely dissolved. Ready whipped proteins should not spill out when turning the dishes.

Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla and add it to the butter-yolk mixture. You will get a thick mass.

Stir the egg whites into this mixture. Mix gently, folding movements, not rubbing, but lifting the dough from below.

Divide the dough into three equal parts.

Add ground and toasted nuts to one part.

Mix the second part of the dough with melted chocolate. I left the third part of the test without additives. But if there is not enough color, then you can tint with the zest of one orange or saffron.

Grease a cake tin with butter and dust with flour. Lay out the yellow dough first. Spread it all over the bottom of the form.

Then, put chocolate on top of the yellow dough.

And lastly lay out the nut dough. Flatten and bake at medium heat, about 35 minutes, until dry. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.

Cool the finished cake in the form.

Then carefully remove by inverting onto a platter.

I decorated the cupcake along the resulting grooves with melted chocolate. Cake is ready.

You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve with tea and coffee.

And slices of cake in the cut.

I haven't written recipes on li.ru for a long time. But this does not mean that I have stopped cooking - I bake one pastry weekly - it's iron, sometimes it even turns out two.
And some of my pastries I photograph the cooking process, but my hands never reach the posts.
But I see that you are interested in recipes and someone has even already tried to cook according to the recipes that I posted and are satisfied, and therefore I will continue to post recipes;)
Today on the menu is a cupcake "Three wishes". I found the recipe here: but as always, the amount of sugar rules)

What will we need?

1) butter - 200 g
2) sugar - 100 g (in the original recipe 200 g,
3) eggs - 4 pcs
4) poppy seeds - 30 g in the recipe, I sprinkle on the eye :) so that it is beautiful in my opinion)
5) chocolate - 60-70 g (I use Babaevsky bitter chocolate. I leave one strip of chocolate somewhere, and use the rest in a cupcake)
6) baking powder - 1 tbsp. l. (or 1 tsp. slaked soda) - I tried this and that - there is no difference)
8) flour - 300 g

How to cook - will be under the cut.

1) Melt the butter in the microwave and leave to cool until then add to the dough.
2) I beat the eggs with two types of sugar - regular and a little vanilla.

This is what my eggs beaten with sugar look like

2.

3) Add cooled melted butter to beaten eggs.

In such a bowl I usually melt the butter. I remembered about the photo, putting the oil in a bowl))) and therefore I just took a picture of a bowl)))

Dough with added butter

4) In small portions I introduce flour with baking powder (I use my mechanical sieve to make the dough more magnificent).

I always use baking powder :)

I introduce flour

I measure the amount of flour with a measuring cup

I knead the dough

5) I knead the dough until it becomes thick sour cream. The dough is thick enough, but not enough to take it in your hands :) And I divide it into 2 parts - somewhere in the shares of 1/3 and 2/3.

this is what the dough looks like

6) In the first part (small), I add chocolate, broken into medium pieces (I divide the square in half somewhere - if smaller, then the chocolate will feel worse. It tastes better) and pour it into a greased multicooker bowl.

I added a little more than half of the chocolate, stirred, and I see that somehow there is not enough chocolate ...

Remains of chocolate after the first addition to the dough

I break with a knife if the chocolate was in the refrigerator.

And I throw such pieces into the dough.

Then I put the dough into the multicooker bowl

7) On top of the first part, I pour about half of the remaining dough (i.e. 1/2 of 2/3), without adding anything to it.

Spread carefully with a spoon so as not to mix with the bottom

8) Next, I work with the remaining 1/3 of the dough: I add as much poppy as I like) to make it look nice) And spread it carefully with a spoon (so as not to mix with the lower layers) the dough on top of the already laid out.

I pour poppy

I mix the dough with poppy seeds

Spread with a spoon neatly on top of the already laid out two layers

9) I start the multicooker at 1:05 as always) I have a standard baking mode - I cook almost all pastries this way)

10) After the end of the time, I get an awesome cupcake (it’s really a little dry, but very tasty!) "Three Wishes" - the first desire - with chocolate, the second - the usual one, the third - with poppy seeds :) he did not have time to melt.

View after pulling out with the steam basket

Those chocolate chips are so nice in the cupcake - mmm...

And a few photos of the cupcake already turned upside down.

And do not think that he is not ready. It’s just that in a slow cooker, for some reason, the top most often turns out strange. But inside it is completely baked!
So, I definitely photographed in a section, but it looks like not this cupcake, but the previous one ... and therefore I can’t find it ... but as soon as I find a photo, I’ll post it in a section;) well, or a new one when I cook, take a picture and post it again)
Moreover, my poppy settles ... Although it is not settled in the photo in the recipe. But I think this problem can be solved by adding more flour (as in the recipe), but I try to put less flour) and I like how it turns out.
It turns out very tasty! I've made it a couple of times already and I want to make more. Now I’m thinking about what I can try to cover with glaze on top or pour something to make it more saturated ...

Happy cooking. If you have any questions, ask, I'll be happy to answer.

Bon appetit!
